Advertisement was very very misleading. Evidently 60% off still forces you to pay $20 plus shipping for a pair of gloves. Absolute rip off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. MY ORDER TOOK OVER 2 weeks to receive, ran extremely small, and now I cannot get my refund, and doubt I ever will.

I ordered the wool legging in size Medium. I'm a size 7 and these were at least 2 sized too small. They come from outside of the U.S. where shipping them back costs more than their value. Sageholm would not accept the return, instead offered a 20% discount for me to buy another pair in the size I wanted and keep the pants, or donate them or give them away---omg... I said NO but they wouldn't budge. I dont recommend buying from this company.

Bought a dog bed, it was total garbage nothing like picture. Worst piece of crap I ever lost money on. Do not buy anything form this site.

Dont go near them, bought a pair of gloves, put them on and the zip broke. Sent them an email, they replied asking for a picture of the gloves, i did that, then got another email telling me that i got the gloves a month ago so why am i emailing them now.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Made an order on January 21, 2022 still have yet to receive it. The so called rep continues to lie about its in transit. I requested a refund on to be given 20 percent off my next order. Why in the hell would I be stupid enough to give on-line crooks my money again.

Bought a pair of waterproof windproof gloves.water came through immediately under the faucet.i would also block , cancel any card you bought it with for future protection

Bought two winter hats with snap on face covering. One was for me and fit. The other was for my sister and did not. She wanted to return it. The response was written in poor English, wanted a video of the "problem". Then she was told it would cost $30-40 to return it. A $25 or less cap. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This company sends you a product that is very inferior to what they show on their web page and will not reimburse a fair dollar amount. Scam... products are coming out of China to hard to return. Do not trust this company.

There should be a no star option for total scams. Total bait and switch...buyer beware! Offered one thing on website, then denied it was as advertised, even though I had a screen shot of webpage. I was offered a mere 10% refund OR return to China (yes, again, buyer beware...I did not do my research) at my expense for full refund. Return shipping fees exceeded PayPal's free return shipping limit. These places need to be flagged and put out of business. Save yourself the heartache/headache and shop around. After the fact I found a much better deal on Amazon from vendors who would provide exactly what was advertised.

I ordered goods on the 6th of Dec 2021, no sign of the goods. I emailed them, they said they would get them to me soon, but the tracking says they are in Shenzen Airport with the Airlines. Yesterday, they said the weather had shut down China flights, according to CanadaPost, what they have to do with weather or Ireland is beyond any comprehension. This company are a scam, they haunt YouTube, anyone hosting their advertisements should be held accountable for the mass scamming SageHolm are doing.

I'd give no stars if possible. Just conmen and they won't allow me to return the items I bought. Completely misleading advertising, please don't buy anything from these crooks.

First the tracking # does not show. Then you get a tracking system that doesn't show who is delivering your order. It doesn't show when will the order be delivered. My package said it was delivered and I never received it. I was told by support no replacement or refund for this order. What a way to treat your customers.

I wish there was a zero!!! Beware, beware!!! Ordered dog bed . . . Nothing like photo, flat and unusable!! Also ordered a second item, that one isnt even here yet.

Electronic device arrived completely non functional, but since return is to China, the cost exceeds the value of the time (which I’m assuming is the point).

Purchased the tactical stocking. The ad clearly implies you get several items included like a flashlight, multi tool and more with the tactical Christmas stocking. Even going to great lengths to include measurements of items etc. Customer service response was I got what they intended to sell and that they clearly stated "It’s just that Christmas stockings don’t include other items" in fine print at the bottom. Very misleading. Complete con. They refuse to give money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never delivered, no customer service, chinese characters that I cannot understand all over the shipping info pages.

Ordered a set of 2 fleece lined sweat shirts sized 4 Plus. On arrival size was totally off. I wear a 3 plus ordered a larger size as a precaution and then find they are really a size Large. Went to company web site to return after emails back and forth they are accusing me of LYING and will not take return or provide refund. Want to return item which are instructions on web site but unable to get address as no packing slip was in package. They REFUSE to provide telephone number, REFUSE to let me return items. now I find out it is a part of an Electronics Conglomerate out of Shanghai China. I CAUTION ALL DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY website is very very SLICK and enticing.
