My consultant was great! Jessica encouraged me to keep an open mind and had wonderful dress suggestions.
I found the perfect MOG dress. Will
defiantly recommend Sachin and Babi to family and friends.

The dresses came fast however, there is only 14 days to return
And the return takes way too long to credit back - a friend warned me that the return takes a month but very quick to charge my credit card
The quality of the dresses are wonderful and will end up with one of them for my sons wedding
Just a little annoyed with the return time frame

Particularly because the merchandise was beautiful and the colors and accessories showed well .

I love your designs. I wish more items were available instead of having to pre-order. Sometimes miss out on items because it takes too long for the preorders. I did however, purchase 3 items for wedding and very pleased.

Dress came early and it was beautiful just too big. I sent back and waiting for the new size. :-)

simply great customer service. First of all their amazingly quick delivery is amazing. Then when I needed help with a particular issue they were all over
it ..responded immediately and helped me out the best they could ..and problem was resolved ! just can’t speak highly enough about this company.

My dress came with the security tag still on it.

I only discovered Sachin & Babi 2 years ago, and everything I’ve ordered has been extremely well designed and manufactured. I wouldn’t buy a gown from any other designer.

Jessica and the rest of the staff at The Studio rectified a difficult situation and will have my dress ready in ample tine for my event.
We were all thrown a lot of curves but the managed to come up with a wonderful solution for me.

Beautiful dress! Customer service was mixed, prolonged, an exception was denied. All was eventually resolved but it took multiple calls and emails. Credit goes to Elsy, their CX manager.

Jessica was so easy to work with. Lovely, comfortable showroom and dressing room suites. And of course, the dresses are gorgeous.

Unfortunately the dress did not fit well, so i couldn't keep it but the dress arrived quickly, and was packed nicely. It was an expensive dress,I only wish they would have notified me that they received the return. I did email to confirm and a reply did come quickly. I am still waiting for the refund .

The customer service was great. They made the entire purchasing process and exchange smooth.

I really like the dress I purchased but the side zipper was lumpy and the side seems were not even on both sides.
