Unacceptable return policy
Their return policy is a scam and unacceptable. They are THE ONLY company I have ordered dresses from that takes way over 30 days to receive a refund. Lots of lip service. I will NEVER order from this company again. Buyer beware.
May 1st update
To their credit, the company has now refunded my purchases. One in less than 30 days and one after 30 days.
I still believe that 30 days is too long
and it was my reviews that spurred them on. Bottom line is that I appreciate that they were paying attention so thank you for that! I hope they rethink their polices for their customers future purchases.

Excellent communication! I needed to change sizes on my preordered dress. Not only did they respond to my request immediately, but also changed the size with no issue.

Service was great! Ordering was quick and easy, as was my return.
Unfortunately, the dress was too large even though I consulted the size chart.
The dress was made well and had beautiful embroidery. It was just too big.
