The dress was quite pretty, however the colour wasn't reflective of the photo on the website, so I returned it. It's been almost a month however, and I have yet to receive my refund. I know the website says allow up to 30 days, but one would think processing a return is a simple matter that shouldn't, for any reason, take 30 days. I would have thought that the 30 day thing would be for some extraordinary circumstance, not for a straightforward refund. For this reason, I don't see myself purchasing from this company again.

The dress arrived within and week and is beautiful. It was well packed and a joy to open. High quality garment. Excited to wear!

S&B has a Memorial Day Sale and gown that I ordered is the only one not on sale ....

So easy to order and return for different sizes and the dresses are beautiful.

The gowns are elegant, timeless yet gorgeous.
The only negative I can say is the refund policy.4 weeks to see the refund.

Purple dot is not good. Your return process is terrible. These are nice gowns and your customer experience should be better. I returned a gown that was too big within the return time and received a receipt confirmation. Still no refund. I’ve disputed with Amex.

I have ordered several Sachin & Babi gowns and they are luxurios and so beautiful and comfortable to wear. Many different styles to take you from inside to outside weddings. Great dresses for other occasions too. Will stay dedicated to buying from this company. Such great service and quality. My gowns came in 3-5 days as I was told and beautifully wrapped. Those I did not choose were returned with no cost and easy return.

Customer service was wonderful and took care of my issue the very next business day. The gown was absolutely beautiful and very well made. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the bust area ran much too large for me, although the rest of the gown fit perfectly. I would definitely order from Sachin & Babi again based on the quality and excellent customer service.
