I had major trouble with the website. Sometimes I could not log in, sometimes it froze. Phone support was no help for me. The RV was good and the owner was fantastic.

I booked a trailer through RVezy for a two-week trip. When I arrived to pick it up, it was in a condition that I considered unfit for human habitation.
RVezy initially refused to refund my money because of its “no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours” policy—even though I was not simply changing my plans; I was refusing an unacceptable trailer at pickup.
I eventually recovered part of my money after the owner agreed to process a “cancellation by owner,” but only if I allowed her to keep a portion of the rental payment.
My mistake was not taking photographs or video when I first saw the trailer. RVezy later told me that I needed this evidence, but by then the owner would not allow me back onto her property to document its condition. Because the booking was recorded as cancelled by the owner, RVezy’s system would not allow me to leave a review warning future renters. The next person who rented the trailer subsequently gave it a one-star review.
Based on my experience, RVezy’s policies failed to protect me when the trailer provided was unacceptable, and the cancellation process prevented me from warning other customers. Run, don’t walk, away from RVezy.
