Very easy to book an RV and I was connected with a great host.

Nous avons louer un VR à un Québécois. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louons un camping car mais c'est la première fois avec RVesy. Cela c'est globalement bien passé. Le loueur était parfait et le camping car correspondait exactement à la description.

L'avantage d'une plateforme entre particulier doit être normalement la flexibilité, l'offre, le prix et les équipements. L'inconvénient parfois c'est que les VR peuvent être plus anciens et pas toujours bien entretenus.

Si vous rencontrez des petits soucis pendant votre séjour, vous pouvez négocier au retour avec le propriétaire pour le propane consommé par exemple.

Pas de problème avec le site RVesy, cela c'est bien passé. Sauf pour faire reconnaitre notre ancien permis de conduire français rose. Le système est paramétré pour reconnaitre les permis US. On a du faire une demande au support, et encore là, c'était fastidieux. Mais nous aurions du traiter ce point bien plus tôt.

Using RVezy was easy and had clear and accurate information. I would use them again!

Sélection is very simple. The follow up process is great, no need to use our own calendar. All come in a smooth way.

Beaucoup trop de paperasse et d’imprévu. Disponibilités des locataires, VR très vieux 2008. C’est notre faute on aurait du regarder le vr avant le départ. Quand même dispendieux 1500$ pour 3 nuits, à ce prix on va louer un condo de luxe la prochaine fois. Bon service de la responsable du litige , règlement satisfaisant.

Easy to use, good trailer, no problems.

I had a little issue with the trailer, but the owner came over right away and fixed it.

The user interface is nice and works well. The issue I have is the amount of fees tacked on. I get that it is a business. But the amount of fees charged was higher than the cost of actually renting the RV. I rented an RV for $93/night for 3 nights. My total bill was almost $600. For that reason alone, I will have to think long and hard about using RVezy again to rent another trailer. I did read the fee breakdown before agreeing to the total price, but I really had to think if this little camping trip was worth the extra money.

L inscription a été un peu complique cela aurait pu être plus simple à mon avis,très complet beacoup de renseignements demandés L hôte a été très avenant et a donné un super service. Le suivi a faire après aussi correct.Le site de réservation est sécuritaire.

It was easy to find and book an RV.

Things that could have been better:
The original RV we booked canceled on us a couple of months before our trip. While we got back our deposit there was no other security measure in place. As we had already purchased plane tickets and planned our trip; we needed an RV. Fortunately there was one option still remaining that we booked, unfortunately it was significantly more expensive.
It would be convenient to have an easy way to add add-ons after the initial booking in the case you decide later that you do want something.
There wasn’t explicit instructions to take photos of the RV from all angles, including of the roof when doing the initial inspection.

Attention to regular maintenance is crucial for renters to comfortably enjoy their trip, but unfortunately this owner failed to take care of numerous outstanding issues with their Class “C” RV, which resulted in a very negative experience for my family on our 12 day vacation in July, 2026. Our first RVezy rental in 2023 with a Class “A” RV was fantastic and received a well deserved 5 star review.

Pre-existing items on this booking such as the rear bedroom AC unit, washer/dryer, hydraulic auto leveling system, and inverter were not operable and only disclosed on the day we picked up the RV in Grimsby, Ontario. Owner was also aware of and neglected to inform us that the diesel fuel cap was missing.

A safety issue with a loose step at the front door that gave way resulted in my mother-in-law falling down the stairs into the door. As a result of this fall, damage occurred to the door strut which the owner wanted to charge $500 for a $30 part. Thankfully, RVezy stepped in and did not approve the charge submitted, but unfortunately because a dispute was opened, RVezy’s review policy prohibits renters from leaving a review. We attempted to share our 1 star review on rvezy.com to inform and protect future renters from a bad experience, however this policy leans heavily on protecting the owner of the RV and more importantly, RVezy’s bottom line.

We booked this RV based on multiple 5 star reviews and the advertised description of features, which did not accurately reflect its current state of functionality. We paid $8,000 for this rental and had a reasonable expectation that everything would be in working order. RVezy’s policy of not allowing renters to post negative, factual reviews to warn others is troubling. This deceptive strategy is a missed opportunity to improve their service and retain existing customers.

Unsuspecting renters then fall victim by making a decision to rent an RV based only on positive reviews, and an owner’s description of their RV that can turn out to be not as advertised, such as our case. Imagine if hotels and restaurants adopted this policy.

Taking away our freedom to voice our experience on their website has earned RVezy a 1 star review.
