Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon expérience avec RVezy. La tente roulotte louée avait des défauts comme le fait que le lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et que la tente roulotte a pris l’eau lorsqu’il a plût. Quand les problèmes ont été mentionné au locateur monsieur Sébastien Lalonde, ce dernier n’a pas répondu aux messages et m’a ignorée, refusant toute discussion avec moi à propos d’un éventuel dédommagement. Je ne trouve pas ça acceptable.

The RV is deluxe, in great shape, lots of room, very clean.
They set it up with the canopy and left an extension cord for electricity.
They did not fill the water tank but we did that with camp water.
I would highly recommend it to others.

We didn't like being contacted multiple times ! We made a reservation, everything was fine.... stop pestering!

It is not easy to use French. The system is not bilingual. Just as an example this survey in only in English!
It was also very difficult to add myself as a second driver on our first reservation. I ask help but it took many email exchange with RVezy and never RVezy accept to call me to easily solve the issue over the phone. The application seams to work better with Chrome than Firefox.

Easy to use and easy communication with the owner of the RV

Communication was really good, host explained everything on the camper. Very helpful and nice. Answered all calls I had and was flexible with pickup and drop off

Very easy. Enjoyed the experience which meant we enjoyed our vacation.

RVezy is really easy and convenient to use. Communication is easy. They reply right away. Will definitely use RVezy again.

Excellent experience, traveling in an RV is the only way to go

Having received the Rv at time needed. I however found all the questionares a few days before a nuisance. Being 77 and not that tecnically inclined it made things stressful. My daughter also struggled when renting hers. Two sets driver license pictures front n back and photo I’d twice was a bit much. Why couldn’t one set suffice for all needs.

The additional fees RVezy charges is insane for doing basically nothing then facilitating the platform.

I’ve used air b&b / Vrbo many times and understand fees. But this was insane and I likely won’t be using again

J'ai dû récupérer la roulotte en pleine nuit

On m'accuse d'avoir brisé un vérin qui était déjà en très mauvais. J'ai dû le faire lubrifier afin d'être capable de le descendre adéquatement car un côté ne descendait pas. De plus, BBq non-fonctionnel, Auvent non-fonctionnel, boyau de connexion pour l'eau brisée, adapteur pour la vidange d'eau manquant.

On prend systématiquement de l'argent dans mon compte sans même avoir ma version des faits. Visiblement, les gens se cherchaient une réparation gratuite à mes frais et l'application le permet.

Ma prochaine location se fera comme avant, dans un centre de location certifié.

Ça été une belle expérience. Tout s’est bien déroulé

The delivery was amazing and smooth. The price was more then fair. Would definitely rent from these people again.

The trailer was exactly as described. The owners were super helpful and very easy to deal with. The whole process was very easy. We had a great time!
