I actually don’t like doing reviews that reflect an entire company There was a couple problems with the RV. The biggest problem was the engine light kept coming on during our travel time home which was a little scary for me driving somebody else’s unit. I was really worried about oil gas consumption. I very glad we were able to get it back to the owner. I didn’t have to get towed, but I would definitely rent from your company again and I would do a better pre-trip of my own.

Le campeur était ok mais j'avais pas…
Le campeur était ok mais j'avais pas d'eau chaude , le chauffe eau ne fonctionnait pas au départ. J'ai du attendre 5h30 avant mon départ qui était prévu pour le matin a 9h avec le campeur, pour une réparation qui n'a pas tenue. Le propriétaire a bien tout tenté pour réparer mais ça n'a pas fonctionné.

The owner of the trailer was immaculate with servicing even though we were unproficient with using the trailer itself prior renting.
Astounding customer service and the trailer itself due to being previously rented was equipped with everything you would need including an electric air mattress pump!

All in all a very good experience
All in all a very good experience. We did use the Roadside Assistance and they were great to deal with - everything was handled very well and promptly. I find the costs associated with booking costs (beyond the published nightly rental rate) to be high. I'm sure there is an explanation / rationale for all the charges, however, when it is essentially equal to the nightly rate and therefore doubles the initial expected costs, it feels high....
