Booking process & host accommodation

Connecting with the RV owner was great and we had a great experience. I did keep getting reminders to complete checklists after I had already done them, so that was kind of annoying.

Our trip was great! It was easy to book and contact the person in charge of the RV.

Booking process was easy and the reminder emails were very helpful.

The RV we got is like new condition
The owner is responding any time u want to ask anything about the bus
We had great time and i would recomend for every family or group up to 5 people

It was a good experience overall. But I'm reluctant to use the platform again just because of the high processing/handling fees charged by RVezy. It is too high.

Mo.B was absolutely unreal in assisting us after our trip had gone sideways.
He stayed late after his shift to help us find a last minute trailer to rent. He went above and beyond and checked in with us along the way!

Host Cooper was phenomenal, explained everything about the van and even did a test drive with me. The van is in excellent condition and I even told him if he wanted to sell it, I would buy it.

This family came out too our home to except the deposit as we were not great with the computers. Amasing family. So helpful and made the experience sooo much easier. Thank you so much guys.



I wanted to reach out about some issues we ran into during our recent RV rental. Overall, we were disappointed given the cost of the rental, and I think it’s important to share what happened:
• The awning was broken and couldn’t be used, so we had no shelter from sun or rain, and no shelter tent was provided as a backup.
• The air conditioning kept cutting in and out while we were driving.
• When it rained, water leaked in through the light fixtures, which soaked and stained some of our clothes and got my phone wet (thankfully it still works).
• The fridge hadn’t been defrosted before pickup, so we lost several groceries, including fruit, cottage cheese, and lettuce.
• There was no outdoor carpet included.
• The captain’s chair behind the passenger seat wouldn’t glide because of a broken cable.
• One of the cabinet doors was very hard to open due to a broken hinge.
We understand things can occasionally go wrong with a vehicle, but this many issues together made for a pretty frustrating trip and fell short of what we expected for the price we paid. I’d appreciate it if we could discuss some partial compensation.

Le gros problème c'est que la plupart du temps l'application est en anglais. Même si j'ai choisi le français comme langue de communication.

I actually don’t like doing reviews that reflect an entire company There was a couple problems with the RV. The biggest problem was the engine light kept coming on during our travel time home which was a little scary for me driving somebody else’s unit. I was really worried about oil gas consumption. I very glad we were able to get it back to the owner. I didn’t have to get towed, but I would definitely rent from your company again and I would do a better pre-trip of my own.
