Very simple and easy to use. Me and say family had a great trip and a luxurious trailer that was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Our host Andrew was also great and very accommodating.

You should really work on your app and…
You should really work on your app and website. It has so many glitches. The filters doesn't apply properly. Every time I had to put location in spite of putting it already. RV prices kept changing also over all it was a task to find it. But worked out after booking it was quite smooth.

First rv that we booked was later…
First rv that we booked was later cancelled by the owner. Rebooked and the second rv was misrepresented on the site. The rv was old, moldy and held together with duct tape. Not at all as the pictures on the web site.

First rental fell through
First rental fell through. We booked it in March and they cancelled in May leaving us scrambling for another RV. Luckily we found one. The refund was put towards that rental which was convenient. Rental process was good. Sometimes it takes a bit for people (RV owners) to respond to your inquiry. Some said the unit was available only to then send a message saying nope it’s not. So even though you’re dealing with this “service” to have a safe, secure and reliable rental instead of renting directly from a person, it can still be a bit unreliable. My advice? Have a back up plan and check in with your selected RV owner periodically to make sure your rental is secure. Otherwise, fees are reasonable and the RV we got was great.
