Great experience. Easy searching and quick responses. Delivery and pick up was very convenient.

Disastrous rental experience—multiple vehicle issues, and the host refused to provide any help or reimbursement.

Edit: after submitting a claim Rvezy proceeded to a partial refund. The one star was directed to the host, not the platform.

Easy to navigate website. Great selection. Very professional with the choice of adding extra insurance. From booking to returning the trailer was a very pleasant experience

It wasn’t the company as per se, it was the trailer we had/rented. Firstly, the owners did not give us a key to lock the trailer.
When I sent a message saying we didn’t get one, they said, oh my husband forgot…. you ok with that???
That didn’t seem right?! What happened if someone went into the trailer while we were at the beach, out for dinner, out for the day etc. and stole things?? Or caused damage?? Only because I sent a message, a key was sent/delivered! Who would be held responsible?
Secondly, they had us pay for the cost of the trailer ferry AFTER they delivered the trailer via EMT. Not sure if that is the proper route for payment? Or is it supposed to be part of the Rvezy rental cost?
Then into day 3 of 6 nights, we experienced a horrible ’gas’ smell coming from the toilet. We kept the bathroom door closed along with the outside door to the bathroom open, but it didn’t help. We closed the vents, we put the plug in the sink, it didn’t help. So, I let the owners know. They suggested turning off the propane, but we were using the propane. The smell was from the ‘gases’ from the reservoir that had not been cleaned out from the previous renters. It was almost unbearable by our last day.
It was too bad as we have stayed at this campsite for many years and never had a bad experience.
They offered a $150 once our trip was over…for the inconvenience??!!!!
Sorry, but that was hardly enough.

Needless to say, we won’t be renting from these people again.

Nice apps, easy to use on PC. On Iphone , i tried to buy a upgrade for assurance and there was a problem with the page ..Didn't buy the assurance due to the apple apps. Need work on these . Overall good experience

Customer service was prompt and professional answering my questions. The RV was exactly what was advertised. The booking experience website was customer friendly with confirmation emails for every step of the booking process. Contacting the RV hosts through the website is very straightforward. The website is quite simple and easy to navigate once you get used to it. I would use their service again for renting a RV and would recommend RVezy as good alternative to some of the larger rental companies.

My host was very responsive to messages and flexible with my drop off and pick up times.

First trailer we rented was in a perfect location for pick up and drop off. Just some time before picking up, the host canceled. Our trip was all planned and booked. RVezy was sorry of course (From 1 email only) and tried to give me 300.00 for the trouble but renting a trailer at the last minute cost a lot more than 300.00 and also canceling the trip would have cost more than 300.00. So rented a more expensive trailer that was 8 hours away from the original location. I am still waiting on the refund for the first trailer which I was told I should be getting but haven't received it yet. RVezy should screen their host to make sure they are serious and when a refund is due, they should just pay it. They should not hold on to the money. This was my first and last with RVezy

The whole experience was good, no complaints. Similar to air bnb.

Everything went according to plan. Communication was great. Our hosts were very flexible and made things easy.

Booking was quite easy. The people were friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful. I will defenetly use Rvezy for our next adventure.

The ease of searching for a camper that met our needs and the ability to rate each other. RVezy is setup very similar to Airbnb with their online booking system and business processes. Since I have used Airbnb as a host and guest for years, it was a comfort to have an RV booking system similar enough to feel familiar.

Our delivery lady Tabitha, showed up with our trailer. While the trailer was a good fit for our family and wasn't the problem, the delivery was. She asked the man at our new neighbouring campsite to back the entire trailer in for her. And she spent about 1 1/2 hours trying to level the trailer and eventually just said she had to go, so we had an unlevel trailer for 5 days. She also did not tell us how to turn the propane tank on, so we froze the first night not knowing it needed to be on for the heat. Where experienced campers this stuff might be easy, the whole reason we rented is because we don't know how to do any of this stuff. So we had a terrible experience unfortunately and probably won't be booking again through RVzy

The people we rented the camper from were awesome. I had to make some quick chances last minute and they were very accommodating. We arrived at the camp site at the same time and they had everything set up and running in no time. The camper was very clean and smelt good too. Got the job done for our family which was my wife and I, a 4 year old and a 11 month old. In all, it was a great camper and even greater people.

Everything went as planned !! Owner was awesome and great to communicate with!

The app was easy to use and there were updates of when payments would be taken. We experienced no issues with our RV rental and the person we rented from was great with communication and expectations. We would definitely use the app again for booking an RV.

We had a good host, the RV was clean and the main systems worked very well: A/C, plumbing, waste, lighting, and the booking process went well.

Easy to find a RV that fitted my needs. Insurance included.
