Top notch customer service! Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I didn't buy the wrong part for my awning and as it turned out I had the wrong part ordered and would have been an exspensive mistake. Thank you for that.

I emailed the company for replacement info. I sent the model number off the old fabric. Taylor responded with the replacement information and a link to order. Also provided the info to order led lights that fit.

Excellent help with ordering the…

Excellent help with ordering the correct parts for my travel trailer. I needed some parts for my awning but I wasn't sure what kind of awning we had. They asked me to email a picture of my RV and then they were able to identify the correct parts I needed and then told us how and where to order the parts. I just can't thank them enough.

I ordered the part that I needed and I received a call to make sure o was ordering the correct part because of the price of it. Great customer service!!! I received the part In a timely manner and it was the correct part that I needed !! Very happy with the customer service
