Still waiting for product, have not received it yet...ordered the end of July...no auto updates on order status...had to contact the company and was told I should have delivery by last weekend...no delivery and no updates as to when, from rvcarefree :(

I ordered the wrong part. The staff helped me figure out what part I needed and shipped it out quickly. Excellent service.

I'm NOT sure why you think I've given a great review as I had a very poor experience with carefree . I ordered a shock to replace one that was on their awning, was charged $45 plus tax and $7.50 shipping and received a small 4" packet with 2 pins and 4 rubber bushings, no shock wes received which is what I ordered . Would not recommend them to anyone

SHE CANCELLED MY ORDER, WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WAS $1700. CALLED MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY MSRP $860.00 TOTAL RIP OFF, ORDERED FROM MANUFACTURE EASY AND QUICKER

I still have not received my order. Because of that, I recently (two days ago) went to a local shop. Within two minutes I had the part. Cost me $4.95. Your service is pathetic. I will not ever under any circumstance visit your site or order from you.

Ordered for my Carefree of Colorado Longitude awning a replacement speaker cover on July 13, 2026 and still have not received product ordered even though online site said it was in stock. I have already been charged/paid for this item. Customer service reported it was to be shipped on or before 7/28/26. This did not occur..still waiting for update on my order to message sent 7/30/26…on 7/31/26 they said they would check on it and I have not heard back.

I had to purchase parts because the original end covers were knocked off by brushing up against a tree. The new items seemed a bit lighter than the original but installed on the awning fairly easily. However, the little trap door that goes on the rear idler cover was missing. I had to use the piece from the original one on the new back cover. Finally, I think nearly $69 for these two pieces of plastic is a bit pricey. The shipping was timely & the cost was modest considering shipment was being sent here to Alaska. I did find the parts drawings helpful and the site was laid out pretty well. Overall, I would buy from this site again if necessary.

I appreciate that the agent called me to verify the model # and size before actually building the product. The awning fit beautifully into the roller. Great experience with the company.

Communication and customer service is 5 ⭐️ all the way. Helpful and thorough from making sure you are ordering the correct part to managing any follow up customer service issues. Fulfillment seems to be offsite and likely through a third party and sent the wrong part, labeled as the correct part, for a non-refundable part. Customer jumped right on it to correct the issue but it took several days to get the correct part shipped. Once shipped it was expedited but unfortunately arrived too late to make the repair before we went on the road. Great selection of parts, great customer service. If I need something in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another go.

Staff made it easy to identify the exact part that I needed and get it ordered. Arrived without issue and fit perfectly. Nice to know that if I ever need anything for my awning or have any issues, friendly and able help is readily available.
