It took 48 days from the day I paid for the high altitude main jet for the gas motor on my wood chipper before I received it. I called almost every week and was told that it was not in stock and had to be made BUT when I got the part - it turned out to be a standard part that fits several different types/brands of gas motors.
If you live above 3000 ft altitude and buy one of there items that has a gas motor - expect to wait a LONG TIME to get the correct main jet for your gas motor - there is a different one for 3000 to 6000 ft and then 6000 to 9000 ft

Friendly resourceful customer service, actual warehouses around the country. Referenceable products. And you can see they have units via GPS maps. There's a lot of fake websites selling scams. This is the real company.

I ended up having to drive an hour away to retrieve my purchase, i feel that my time is worth something! we are looking to buy (2) more of these shelters and if you want our business i believe I should be compensated for my time for picking up this order

Very good experience. Material arrived earlier than anticipated. Communication was sufficient and timely. The only thing that could have been better was that I feel like I never knew who I was dealing with on Chery's end. But even then, the info I got was always accurate and timely.

So far, we are dissatisfied with the units we purchased from Chery Industrial.

We purchased three bathroom/shower units and one double toilet unit.

The units appear to be sturdy, but we have immediately discovered a number of defects and problems.

First, the plumbing from the toilets to the exterior of the units have large gaps, allowing for ingress of dust, rodents, etc.

Second, the plumbing in the double toilets leaked as soon as we attached the water source. The leak was both to the interior and exterior of the unit. Had guests started using this unit, we would have had substantial leaks of sewage both inside and outside the unit.

Third, the double toilet unit has the commodes flush against the back wall, so we had to remove the entire commode to repair the cracks in the plumbing causing the leaks. This is a poor design.

Fourth, the shower heads failed *immediately* upon use. While Chery's customer support has been helpful and offered to send us replacement parts, we are having a difficult time trusting that Chery will send parts that are of sufficient quality. We will therefore be purchasing replacement parts and invoicing Chery (your customer service agent, Win, has said Chery reimburses for "owner repairs," which we appreciate).

Fifth, the shower curtains were of very poor quality and required immediate replacement.

I remain hopeful that these units will work out in the long run. However, it has been disappointing that Chery Industrial and/or its manufacturer has cut so many corners. These units are important to the vitality of our RV park. Our park has previously been mostly limited to "self-contained" RVs which have bathroom/shower facilities. This limitation shut us out from large numbers of the visitors to the area (campers, van lifers, etc.). The units we purchased from Chery Industrial were intended to resolve that limitation. However, the defective issues have made reliance on these units a questionable thing.
