It is NOT 5 to 7 business day for delivery its closer to 30 days. Also if there is a holiday they close the whole week not just that day. So Add that to your 30 days one week for every 1 day of holiday. Im Mexican and I NEVER heard of a company take a week off for 5 de Mayo. WTH! 🤦🏽♂️

I paid $200 extra for foam protection
I paid $200 extra for foam protection, a good deal of which was ripped off during transport as it was not protected on an open trailer. This foam should have been wrapped in plastic to keep it from tearing off , or at least, required the hotshot driver to cover it with a tarp.
