wat raar is dat op de site de accommodatie aangeeft vrij te zijn en dan later blijkt dat dit niet zo is.

The prices and variety of villas is good.
We booked a villa and then decided after a couple of days that it wasn't quite what we were after and wanted to change to another within the same area.
We contacted Ruralidays and it was all sorted within 1 day. Very responsive and accommodating with any issues.

Fijn dat u onze directe bevestiging als handig heeft ervaren. We streven ernaar het boekingsproces zo duidelijk en soepel mogelijk te maken.
Keine Kundenfreundliche Anzahlung
Leider war laut Aussage der Mitarbeiterin die Kreditkartenzahlung nicht möglich und es wurde auf Banküberweisung oder Paypal verwiesen. Banküberweisung zeitaufwendig und mit Beleg nachreichen und Paypal mit 5 Euro Extragebühr.

Es tut uns leid, wenn es in diesem Fall zu einem Missverständnis kam. Grundsätzlich bieten wir bei jeder Buchung die Möglichkeit, bequem per Kreditkarte zu bezahlen – auch im Nachhinein über einen sicheren Zahlungslink.
Nur falls es hierbei zu technischen Problemen kommt, schlagen wir alternative Zahlungsmethoden wie Banküberweisung oder PayPal vor. Die Wahl bleibt dabei stets beim Kunden.
