CASA RURAL MÁLAGA ( Villanueva del Trabuco)
La experiencia que ofrecen de los servicios de la casa y la casa no se ajustan a la realidad. Nos informaron que la piscina estaba disponible y no lo estaba.un standar de calidad de la propiedad que no se ajusta al precio que nos cobraron. Nos marchamos y aplican el 100 por 100 del precio por la cancelación.

Mooi huisje met alle voorzieningen
Mooi huisje met alle voorzieningen. Best ruim en zeer comfortabel. Maar, besef dat de autostrade dichtbij is en je ze overal buiten hoort en ziet. Eerlijk gezegd konden we dit niet afleiden uit de reviews en hadden we het niet geboekt als we het op voorhand wisten. Het zwembad is echt niet meer dan een plonsbadje.

Nos ha encantado....Fiesta de cumpleaños y dos días de relax.....increíble la zona. La casa muy muy bien, limpia, grande, y con todos los servicios. Y la dueña muy amable....solo agradecimiento por todo. Han sido 3 días maravillosos. Seguro que repetimos. GRACIAS

Will not change my booking, no phone response
I made a mistake in the booking, which I found out a few hours later, upon contacting Ruralidays to set this straight, they told me that can not change the booking, and my price will remain the same. Very unflexible, editing a booking should be possible when making a date mistake.

As explained during our communication, your request was made once the reservation was already within the non-refundable modification period. According to the agreed booking conditions, changes at this stage do not result in a price reduction, even if the stay is shortened.
Despite this, our team offered you the possibility to modify the dates of your reservation, maintaining the same price, which is in line with the applicable terms.
Regarding the phone contact, we attempted to return your calls, but unfortunately were unable to reach you at that time.
