I can’t give this any stars as a week and a half after ordering I still haven’t received the boots that I was told would be with me in 48hrs. The initial emails and calls I made were ignored and now my emails have been answered with “take it up with Royal Mail” No idea what to fo now apart from reclaim The money from my credit card company. I live this brand of shoes but this was a rubbish experience

Fast delivery, shoes were exactly as described.

We had to return the shoes as not a good fit but return was easy and refund sent promptly.

The order was delivered on time, product good quality

Bit disappointed with the ankle boots.
Normally comes with side zip but this pair you had to fiddle with material laces..a bit hard walking in them as back of boot didn't seem high enough and felt like they were slipping off..plus the heel was a bit too high for me

I wrote 4 times to the Ruby Shoo e I didn’t receive any answer. I try to call them, no one answer me. I bought my shoes on 31.11.23 and now I’dont know where are my shoes. Probably lost. I hope that in the next days someone could give me an explanation.

Great boots! Really lovely and matching bag, I do wish the tracking was better but the actual product is fab!

Excellent selection. Good fitting. Only drawback was the fact that I am in Republic of Ireland and accepted the extra charges for delivery but was not ready to be slapped with a tax of €40 from Customs

Beautiful shoes on this site. Had to send a pair back as they didn't fit but it was easy to do and got refund quickly.
Ordered some different shoes and love them.

Beautiful shoes delivered promptly. The four stars are only because of the lack of half sizes. Padded heel grips have gone some way to solving the issue.
