I ordered a pair on sandals but they were too uncomfortable. They came quickly.
But i probably will not order from this company again as they received the shoes back on the 19th and i have not heard anything from them. Its nearly two weeks. They have the shoes and my money. Waiting 14 days for a refund without even a confirmation that they have the return is not on. I am now short on money and really need my money back. Do people ever get their refunds back? Or do they deliberately wait until the last possible day to refund, ie the 14th day plus the 5 days after. Shame because the delivery was quick.

I returned my items on 1 May and the parcel was delivered back to Linzi on 5 May. It is now 20 May and I am still waiting for my refund despite the items being back with the company for over two weeks.
I contacted customer service and was told refunds take up to 14 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We are now already at the timeframe stated by the company, yet I still have not received my refund.
Having to wait this long for money to be returned after the company already received the returned items is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
Customers should be aware that returns and refunds may take much longer than expected.
Very disappointing experience.

Poor refund time
Ordered two pairs if sandals one pair was too small and were returned on 7 may used tracking number and return was received by Linzi on 11 may. Now 20 may no email confirmation of return. Contacted customer Service, refund takes 14 working days and another 3-5 for refund. Longest time ever to receive refund. Customer service answer ‘depends on return rate at the time’ so refund expected mid June. We’ll see!

Yes, Linzi issued a refund after all the evidence I sent (videos & pictures) about the fake delivery claim of Evri (showing that all the packages in Evri's delivery picture belong to other individuals / addresses) and after I spent so much time forth and back emailing / calling you and Evri and after I posted this review.
Maybe you can consider choosing a better business partner next time.
I updated my rating from 1-star to 3 stars as Linzi at least took it seriously today and finally did something about it (yet again, if there was no video footage, I'm not sure how they'd respond to that)

I purchased a pair of shoes from Linzi and got scammed.
Evri and Linzi together scammed me; Evri delayed delivering my parcel more than one week; then they 'claimed' they delivered it with a picture few packages shown; I went to the mailroom and took each one of those packages' pictures, none of them has my name of address, all belong to my neighbours; with that claim they pretend as if I got these pair of shoes so I cannot ask for refund (as I cannot send back shoes that were never delivered to me) this is a scam story happened in May 2026

Do not recommend them at all, I bought a pair of shoes and wore them twice before they broke. They refused to give me a refund and made it feel like it’s my fault for the shoe coming apart at the heel by asking for pictures of the soles of the shoes?!
Do not buy from here complete waste of money, they make shoes with poor quality materials and then don’t take responsibility for when they break.

Extremely poor slow delivery service.
I have used Linzi a few times but my last experience with them was a total nightmare. But in all honesty the issue lies with Evri deliver the company they use to distribute their parcels.
Consider changing your delivery company and would have given 5 stars.
Total confusion as to where and when my parcel arrived at pick up point 1-2 day delivery turned into 5-6 days. Sadly this service in today’s fast paced ordering and delivery times was a shambles and poor service.

I don't write many reviews but after receiving my new sandles today i had to say how pleased i am with them first time i have brought from you and i am not dissapointed, on trying on they fit perfect and feel comfy and i can't wait to wear them this summer

Really disappointed with my transaction. I felt secure to order as reviews were good. I purchased a pair of slippers and a pair of trainers.
The trainers didn’t arrive. The slippers arrived but (size 5) are on the small side so I need to replace them with a 6. There are no clear instructions for returns. An email arrived asking me not to return the product but to provide photos of the original product and barcodes… not user friendly or supportive of customers needing to make returns.
Very very disappointing and frustrating.

Never ordering again
Swift delivery but unfortunately the shoes did nu fit well so I had to return them. Unfortunately after the return they will charge you €25 for using their return label. This information can only be found in their return policy and not when you are asking for the return in your account.
Customer service will not help you in any way, just an apology and a €25 bill.

Buyer beware of refund policy
Long story short Evri lost my parcel. I was then told by Sophie at Linzi that I had to sign something from Evri & if I didn't do it within 5 working days they would not be able to continue with my refund! I don't think so! Straight on to PayPal, including the email they sent & an immediate refund. Buyer beware!

Amazing fit, very comfortable. So happy to finally find comfortable calf fitting boots that fit PERFECTLY. Looking forward to ordering again. Highly recommend.
Disappointing service
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 28th December to wear on NYE, paying for next day delivery. The shoes were shown as in shock on the website.
I contacted customer services on the 30th as I had not had an update on my order. They them cancelled my order on the 31st, advising the item is out of stock.
This should have been identified sooner and an alternative offered, or the stock status on the website should be accurate to avoid disappointment.
I was given a voucher code for free shipping next time, but this doesn't make up for the failings in stock status, delay in contact about the issue and lack of appropriate resolution.

Order number L1081989 twice in a row now I am having a nightmare of an experience with this shameless company. The
incompetence is unreal,absurd and disgustingly unbelievable,so after they sent me two one sided left leg shoes,a few days ago I had to reorder another one and they have now sent me another two sided right leg pair,are you people ok in your heads?
How does a company get it wrong twice in a row,I am yet to get a reply and a refund for the 1st pair,the customer service is also so very bad,at their mistakes I am having to go without my complete Christmas gear and struggling to also get this resolved.
Anyone buying from them should be WARNED
