Order number L1081989 twice in a row…

Order number L1081989 twice in a row now I am having a nightmare of an experience with this shameless company. The
incompetence is unreal,absurd and disgustingly unbelievable,so after they sent me two one sided left leg shoes,a few days ago I had to reorder another one and they have now sent me another two sided right leg pair,are you people ok in your heads?
How does a company get it wrong twice in a row,I am yet to get a reply and a refund for the 1st pair,the customer service is also so very bad,at their mistakes I am having to go without my complete Christmas gear and struggling to also get this resolved.

Anyone buying from them should be WARNED

Avoid this company! Awful customer service.

I requested a refund for a pair of shoes, but the return could not be processed through the website’s returns page. I then contacted customer service, whose representatives were dismissive, unprofessional, and communicated in a rude, condescending manner. I explained that the item looked nothing like the pictures and that I wanted a refund, yet I was treated as though the money was coming out of their own pocket. Since then, I’ve been ignored and spoken to disrespectfully, leaving me no choice but to raise the issue with my bank and report the company. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. The products are poor quality and not as described, and the customer service is rude and arrogant.

Comfy & stylish kitten heel

I have just received my order of black kitten heel sling backs. They are perfect. Good heel height, quality feels excellent with a good squishy padded area under the ball of foot. I haven’t worn out yet but feel very comfortable around the house. I did size down to a 5 . I’m normally a 5.5 but thought in a sling back it was safer to size down . Feel great! Can’t wait to wear them out.

Very good outcome and would recommend them without hesitation

The shoes were bought via Matalan and it appears that they have been the problem as 2 emails were sent with no reply. Having submitted our review and also sending an email to Linzi they could’ve have been more helpful with offering a full refund and I’m most grateful that they have taken this step and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Maybe avoid going through Matalan in buying from them though in future. Thank you Linzi for concluding this so satisfactorily

Very bad customer service

I made a purchase of a pair of boots and shoes for a wedding and party in October. I was aware of one of there delivery services going into receivership did send email and was told I would have to wait till the order was returned to them before they would do anything. After many emails today I received a email saying that I should reorder and they will give me 15% discount nothing about my money that I have already spent. Over a month now and no return of money or goods not a good customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service on my recent order. I ordered some shoes with £4.99 delivery for 'next day' but read the small print everyone. As this was after 5pm on a Friday, my order did not arrive until Wednesday the following week. Linzi are disputing this that they are still within their delivery window, despite the courier confirming that they were running a day later than planned. I have sent all this evidence, to be told 'computer (or Hannah in customer services) says no'. I had used this brand before and was happy with the shoes they provided, but will now not use them going forward due to this experience. Just be warned to not waste your money on postage as they turn up whenever they feel like it.

Questionable Customer Service

First time purchase, customer service is questionable. I bought two pairs of the same shoes for sizing, as the website clearly states returns are possible. The website won't let me create a return after less than a week after purchase. I used their contact form to explain and ask for a way to get a refund, but it doesn't notify you that it's been received. I tried a direct email a few days later, and received a same day reply stating that there is a delay in responding to customer service emails and that I should refrain from sending more emails, as it will push me to the back of the queue. This wasn't an automated message, so it's beyond me the staff member was available enough to respond to the email so quickly, but not a enough to resolved the returns issue.

Of course I will continue to wait for a resolution response, but they don't offer a timeline at all. Now I read that other customers have issues with their customer services to, so this isn't looking good.

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased shoes that developed a clear fault after just one wear — the zip kept coming undone while walking. When I first contacted customer service, I was told the item could be returned. Later, I was suddenly told I needed to provide a video, which felt like the company was creating obstacles rather than helping.
The fault is intermittent, so it may not always show within a short clip, but that doesn’t change the fact that it makes the shoes unwearable. Instead of acknowledging this, the company focused on avoiding responsibility. The process has been slow, unhelpful, and honestly quite frustrating.
Between the inconsistent information, lack of accountability, and refusal to make things easy for customers, I won’t be ordering from this company again. It’s a shame, because all of this could have been avoided with straightforward, honest customer service.

Very happy with my pointy kitten heels

Very happy with my pointy kitten heels. This was my first purchase with Linzi and I was sceptical at first but was super happy with my order. I never wear heels but was able to walk in these all day through London. The condition is still good as well.
The refund for the pairs I didn't keep arrived super swiftly.
