Took longer to arrive than stated on…
Took longer to arrive than stated on website, box was damaged and open, bolts missing so had to and buy some, wasn’t kept up to date on delivery. Couldn’t get hold of anyone to discuss the purchase with.

I’ve tried calling and also left you a WhatsApp voice message to explain what occurred with your delivery.
The item you purchased would normally ship via pallet due to its size and weight. However, we recently agreed with GLS that they would accept heavier parcels (up to 40kg), which should have resulted in delivery within 4–5 business days. Unfortunately, during transit the parcel was reclassified by GLS as “oversized,” which led to an unexpected €40 surcharge and a delay of several additional days within their network.
As reflected in our correspondence during this period, we absorbed the surcharge ourselves and requested that GLS expedite delivery. I appreciate that the delay was frustrating nonetheless.
I can see that we responded to both of your messages within 24 hours (one within the hour). However, we were not made aware of any missing bolts at the time. All orders leave our warehouse fully checked and securely packed, and if transit damage results in missing parts, we immediately send replacements once notified.
As a gesture of goodwill — and as mentioned in my voice message — I have refunded your full shipping cost, despite the delivery ultimately costing us significantly more due to the courier reclassification.
While courier operations are outside our direct control, we always act promptly to resolve issues once alerted, and our customer care team is available Monday to Friday to assist.
We genuinely aim to act in our customers’ best interests at all times and hope this provides helpful context.

Small bit of a mix up with my order but the staff were first class to deal with, very friendly and helpful.
Everything got sorted in the end which is the main thing.
Assembly of equipment was made very easy with the video provided on RPM Care.

Lack of communication
I ordered a rack and bench from the website. One week went by and no delivery and no communication from the company. I contacted them and it turned out the rack was obsolete. I confirmed I still wanted the bench. A week later, still no delivery and no communication so I contacted them again. The order had somehow disappeared from the system. Sales personnel made sure I received the product the next day.

Tremendous customer service
I had a problem initially but it was my error. Rory (CEO from Ireland while I am in the US) called me repeatedly until we could connect. His commitment to his customers is beyond compare. I am VERY pleased with the device and I am confident I will reap the benefits. During these times of poor customer service, this is the exception!

As you'll see, those induction-powered LCD displays do need that 3000+ rpm speed on the rotor in order to stay powered up. The older models used batteries but these newer version are so much more convenient once you learn the correct spin technique.
