Machine is very solid and absolutely ideal for what I wanted. On the downside it's huge, almost as though it was built for the US market. My son is 6ft, tried it, and agreed it could be far smaller. Final 2 bolts to attach the screen were missing but fortunately I found 2 in the shed to fit. It'll definitely last a long time but it's a pity it takes up half the spare room. Great machine though.

Excellent customer service and quick resolution
I initially received a wall-mounted pull-up bar with some hardware issues, including a missing nut and washer and weak expansion bolts. I contacted the seller, and they took it extremely seriously — sending a detailed voice note, asking for photos, and arranging proper replacement concrete bolts and missing parts quickly.
The customer service was excellent, proactive, and very helpful. Everything is now on track for a safe, solid installation. I’m very satisfied and happy to update my review to 5 stars!

Odpowiedź od RPM POWER ®
Hi Lukas
Thank you for your feedback and the images you’ve sent via customer care.
Please accept my apologies for the cosmetic imperfection on the mounting bolts; I assure you that the bar isn’t second hand, more it can sometimes happen that polished bolts like the type supplied to mount this particular type of pull up bar to the wall can sometime ‘spot’ (partially oxidise) on their surface, but this doesn’t in any way compromise their strength/safety.
With regards to the packaging box, we do rely on our logistics partners to handle each package with care and, in truth, they typically will, but on occasion, a box can get mishandled in some manner and an opening can appear through which a nut of bolt can slip through…it’s unfortunate but we will always be quick to send whatever part has been reported as missing so please rest assured we’ll dispatch replacement bolts once you reply to my WhatsApp message where I’ve requested confirmation of the wall type you’re planning to affix this to, to ensure we sent the most efficient bolt type for that surface.
We shall await your update Lukas.
Many thanks and with kind regards
Rory

Excellent
I had a long, protracted process setting up my gym. While that was going on Chloe answered all my questions, patiently adjusted my order several times and checked in periodically with me while I sorted things out. Marco and Eric installed on the day and were speedy, efficient and cheerful. One item was out of stock when it came to picking and I was immediately offered a number of options in lieu.

Customer Service
Bought my new Kratos rack from rpm a few weeks ago but it wasn't pulling right but once I got onto Rory and the team in RPM they were very fast to get this resolved.
Talking to Adam about the problem and sending videos he decided he needed to call out and did so within 2 days.
He resolved the problem and was so nice to deal with like talking and chatting to an old friend made the experience so much sweeter.
Could not fault Adam or the team at RPM power
