I purchased this tool two weeks after…
I purchased this tool two weeks after rotator cuff surgery to help with my grip and wrist strength. I use it on walks and do a couple of sets a day. I started off easy so that I didn't aggravate the shoulder and have gotten stronger and stronger every week. I would recommend that you talk with your surgeon or physical therapist prior to using but I will say that it helped me.
The tool is well built, nice and heavy compared to others. I would recommend!

After shopping around for 6 months…
After shopping around for 6 months before deciding on the RPM tyr elite bundle set can say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made . Such a strongly build machine and the exercises seem endless and I’m so happy with my purchase as definitely worth the extra money , the customer service is 2nd to none and the slight issues I’ve had with a few things which weren’t in stock from the orignal order have been sorted quickly . Been in contact with maggie in shipping who has gone out her way to keep me up to date with my order so can’t recommend this company enough for purchasing anything for your gym needs

We also appreciate your patience regarding the items that were temporarily out of stock, and we’re pleased everything was resolved quickly. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Maggie she’ll be very glad to hear your feedback.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the yoga mat — we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality and value 😊
We’re very sorry that the delivery took longer than expected. Your order was placed during one of our largest sales periods, which meant we were processing significantly higher volumes than usual. While we worked hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible (and did have a notice on our website regarding extended dispatch times), this unfortunately also impacted collection and transit times with GLS.
We completely understand how important timely delivery is and appreciate your patience during such a busy period. Your feedback is really valuable to us, and we’re continuing to review how we manage peak demand to improve this experience in the future.
Thank you again for your support, we hope you continue to enjoy your yoga mat!

The product is fine, but it took me 2 weeks to receive the package, and the delivery costs were not cheap. Very unsatisfied with that.

Odpowiedź od RPM POWER ®
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you’re happy with the product itself.
Your order was placed on a Friday and shipped the next working day (Monday). At checkout, the estimated delivery time shown was 5–7 working days. According to the tracking information, delivery took 9–10 working days, which was slightly outside the estimate, and we understand that this may have been frustrating.
As we ship from Ireland to Spain, international delivery times can occasionally vary depending on courier processing and transit conditions. We charge €19.99 for shipping, which is actually lower than the full courier cost for this route. Faster express services are available, but they are significantly more expensive.
We always aim to offer the best balance between speed and affordability, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue reviewing our delivery options.
Thank you again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience.
Kind Regards
RPM Team

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Very robust functional trainer. In some cases it’s better quality that some I’ve seen in the gym. Delighted with my purchase. I’ve bought a lot of things from RPM and they never let me down. I much rather pay a bit more for better quality and RPM is the first place I go to.

Ionic gyro and service
The delivery time was triple the predicted one and the box was recieved smashed so I reduce 1 star for the choice of delivery service ( which was not cheap as well ). Otherwise the product is great and luckily was not damaged. I still haven't gotten the hang of how to balance it with two hands so I have to go with switching between one and two but when it comes to the actual exercise - it's totally worth it!
