This is a scam website, do not use!

Order place, no communication, no product. Emails not responded to, telephone number does ring but no answer. Do not use this website as it appears to be a front for something completely fake. Chargeback process initiated as trader looks like they are not real.

Fake company DO NOT USE

Money taken for order. No email confirmation. When I put in order number from a screenshot, order was not found. Despite sending several emails, WhatsApp & no reply to calls, no response or item ever received. Payment name was linked to martial arts organisation…raised a fraud issue with my bank.

Check out their business address!!!! I would say this is a scam website as not many clothing retailers also sell garden storage!

Website clearly a scam.
Dyson £100 less than anywhere else.
No confirmation emails.
Hopefully cancelled in time and reported through fraud at bank.

They have a garmin forerunner 255 for sale at £150. Normal price range on the Internet is £200/250. Needless to say I was sceptical. On looking into it further I noticed reviews saying the website is a scam. Makes sense now. If something is to good to be true, then it normally is.

Ordered a Keter shed payment was taken over 6 weeks ago was told when purchasing this would take 3-5 working days then no response what so ever scam company

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Known scammers and the ones who are deceived into paying don’t do their research on these crooks.. item never turns up and you’re sent a fake tracking number!!!!

It is a SCAM,DO NOT BUY. All rosgrove adverts are a scam.
At list I got my money from American express.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a Ninja ES701 coffee machine and all I ever received was an email stating that the order had been made and the £360 had been taken from my account. Since then I have not heard anything from them despite numerous emails and phone calls and the goods have not arrived. Total scam - avoid and report this website!

Ordered Ninja Coffee machine on 4th Febb2026 and have still not received it. The order number does not work and looks too simple. I have emailed and there is no reply. I have called the number on the site and no reply. I have called a number from the email and it does not even work. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

DISGUSTING I've ordered coffee machine on 30/1/2026 and still wait for it ,I've texted in their page , emails I rang on both numbers displayed and still nothing .285£ Total bullshit and scum

I ordered the modern hooded trench coat £149.95 reduced from £300. It took months to arrive and then looked nothing like the image (cheap, cheap, cheap). I contacted customer service to be told I has to return to CHINA at my own expense and they would fully refund. Returned £29 tracked delivery 6 Jan. NO REFUND. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS NOW EITHER., DO NOT BUY,
