SCAM WEBSITE WHICH WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY THE WEBSITE CANNOT BE TAKEN DOWN

Ordered a garden storage box three weeks ago and haven't received anything and unable to speak to anyone at the company. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering from these scammers. They owe me £197. How can they be allowed to operate? I will pursue this matter to its end.

Again as others have said it’s a scam, you get a delivery confirmation and never receive your goods, will take you through to a different company for payment called smile to go which is based in Denmark apparently again another scam company. Phone line is not real and they don’t answer emails, total scam, to get money back I’ve had to go they’ve bank.

I was about to buy a ride on mower which was nearly half the price of the same model sold elsewhere ( mmmm if it seems too good to be true ) checked these reviews on here thank goodness !

Clearly a scam , if you look at the positive reviews , all done by someone with one review ! Red flag ! All the negative reviews are from people with multiple reviews under their belts !

Hence I will be avoiding like the plague !

Complete spam, just ripping people off. Do not buy. As others have pointed out, only good reviews are all fake. Shocking how they are allowed to trade.

Do not purchase from this company its a scam you will get a e mail confirming order but you cannot track order as its not coming this is through smile goods. Phone clicks straight to answer phone. I have since got my money back via my bank. Avoid this company like the plague ToTal scammers

Change debit card freeze it get new one!!!

This website is a scam!! Once you’ve paid, you will get a confirmation from a different company and then no further communication.

They advertise high-value items like hot tubs at prices that seem far too good to be true and they are.

If you look through the reviews on Trustpilot, you’ll see plenty of warning signs.

Please don’t be the next person to fall foul of these crooks.

This is a fraudulent website. Ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner one month ago. No reply to several email enquiries but the auto replies from various email addresses encouraging to buy more without any update on the order. Luckily, credit card company investigated and found it is a fraudulent scheme and I got the money back from the bank while they are pursuiting the fraudster. Just be alerted.

Scam website. Any positive reviews are fake. Upon payment you get diverted to another fake proxy. The contact details for the website don’t work. Another example of buying and item and no further contact or delivery.

Disgusting 🤮 I have purchased a Lazy Spa hot tube and paid £289 from my Apple Pay it was a gift to my son birthday and I never received the product no email confirmation no tracking number or whatever please stay away from this scammers 😡

This company scammed me.I didn’t receive the treadmill DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY. look into this site even the mobile number is part of the scam.

Do not buy they are scammers the mobile number is a giveaway also a scammer based in Liverpool read reviews and look into a new company before parting with your money before anything they will be shut down I gave 1 star as a thank you I got my money back from my card.

Nothing arrives

Think I have been conned. Paid £419 for Keter shed. Got confirmation email with bare minimum info on.
No sign of delivry. No tracking. No replies to emails!
Avoid site.
Now need to dispute with my bank.

Ordered a coffee machine, took payment, never received an order number, Telephone number not available and no responses from customer services on email. Emailed on 6 occasions never got a response and of course no item. Bank provided refund using chargeback - Definitely a Scam site
