Do not give them your money - this is scam website. There’s just enough positive (fake) reviews to make it look legit but it just isn’t. Swipe it away and find a genuine seller

Please DO NOT buy from this company. Like other people on here I bought a Jumbo Keter Storage Box, which I cancelled the next day 2nd May. No response from them but they still took the payment on the 5th May. Raised a dispute with my bank and hopefully they will be able to recover it or I'm down £197 😡. Steer well clear, bunch of con artists.

No follow up email for tracking, contact no - just beeping. Had to contact bank - but Rosgrove site still up and running. !!!! 😱 how is this acceptable 🤬

Don’t waste your money , you won’t receive any products from these scammers. I ordered a £289 hot tube and it never Arrived, you can’t contact that phone number.

I paid for a Keter garden storage unit ,confirmation email received from a different email address, a week later tried to trace order, there was not any sign. Checked reviews, realised it's a scam, I could claim my money back via my bank.

Still waiting for my mum Dyson V8 hoover been waiting weeks all paid but no sign or e-mail at all getting really worried now pay out £159.00.

This is 100% a scam website. I “purchased” a Lay z spa hot tub for £699 and straight away things didn’t add up. I got an initial email saying thanks for your purchase, we’ll email you again when it’s ready etc, but then it all went quiet and as others have said when I tried to contact them via email and telephone I came up blank.
Fortunately I made my purchase on a credit card and was able to claim the money back. I complained to Google, who have refused to remove the website, which I think is disgraceful. Do not purchase anything from this website.

SCAM website paid £595.00 for Keter shed never arrived and can’t contact anyone, they do not deserve any stars
