This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order and received confirmation that my item would be delivered. However, I did not receive the parcel that was marked as delivered. The tracking information shows that it was delivered and signed for at an address that is unknown to me. The parcel was not delivered to my home, and I have not received the item I purchased. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, and I have since discovered numerous reports from other customers describing similar experiences. I have reported the matter to my credit card provider and would strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing from this company.

Paid for watch , not able to contact via email or mobile for a delivery date , scam site do not use

Ordered a shed from Summit RidgeSupply.com which has the same information,ie telephone no and item discription as Rosgrove. Couldn't contact them as website went down within a day. Phone number and email not available and of course we didn't get delivery of the shed.

This is a scam website. I made the mistake of ordering something from here when a friend sent me a link to something, making me assume they’d used them before.

Having to claim money back via credit card company.

The customer service number is someone’s mobile with a message of them grunting.

I ordered a Garmin watch and received an empty package. It's unclear whether there was ever a watch inside or whether it went missing during shipping. Unfortunately, the customer service showed absolutely no understanding or willingness to help. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back through the payment provider. However, I can only advise against buying from this seller. Since almost all of the positive reviews here use the word "impressed" and have very similar wording, I have doubts about their authenticity.

Scam company.
I bought a robotic lawnmower then after reading reviews realised it was a scam. Contacted my bank who refunded me straight away.

SCAM. Do not buy.

Absolute scammers. Ordered a hot tub. Paid 399 and they sent a package (not hot tub I presume) through FedEx. It went to a DIY address and was signed for by a person called l.alice. We can't speak to FedEx as they will only speak to sender and the company are always 'busy' when phoned and email address not recognised

Scam....I purchased a keter garden shed and like others had a confirmation email but from a different site saying that they would be in touch with the dispatch date. As it was a different company name I tried to contact both Rosgrove and the link address on the email. Both came back undeliverable. The phone number on the rosgrove site is also unobtainable. It would seem this clothing company has had their website hijacked? Annoyingly if you Google search the link comes up with 9 other garden storage solutions all linked to this website. Stay well clear for your own peace of mind. Bank and action fraud alerted.

This is a SCAM! Beware! The email or telephone number doesn’t work. I ordered a Keter Shed and was sent a weird confirmation email by a dog lead company which didn’t exist. I now have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Ordered from this company, was sent tracking details through FedEx,says it was delivered and signed for.not by us it wasn't , tried to go through FedEx but they had the wrong delivery address.
And now can't get Rosgrove to answer.
Not happy at All , hopefully I can go through my credit card.

Scam site. Paid £197 for garden storage. Never heard another thing. Phone number not recognised. No reply from emails. Fortunately paid via Amex who have reimbursed me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Rosgrove sell clothes, in particular they sell women’s clothes. Scammers are operating under different names such as Pete-zone, Meganpaws-store.com by using this company name- Rosgrove.

Keter Store It Out Ultra 2000L Garden Bike Shed Beige/Green £189. Looked genuine, sent me an order confirmation from a different company name. Then an email with a FedEx link with shipment number. Origin - INDIA. I contacted them via their website link. No response. Nowhere on website does it state this is where it was coming from. Link updated over 11 days from Mumbai, to Italy, to Paris, to southern England, then a photo of doorstep delivery, with no address confirmation. PLEASE AVOID. Having to try to claim back via credit card. I’m normally very good with online ordering and feel a fool for falling for a slightly cheaper option than our local diy store!

A bunch of crooks do not buy from them. You will not get goods. They do not answer emails or phone calls. A total scam.

I ordered a hot tub for summer it says its been delivered to a completely random address and on FedEx the email that is connected to the order isn't even mine I go to track my order on rosegrove website and it says order not found. Following these events I have contacted customer support twice and they could not care less because they never got back to me absolute joke. I will be reporting this to my bank as a scam and getting my money back as the item was near £200

This is a scam web site purchased a hot tub which is apparently been delivered but has not shown up.
Do not purchase anything from this website luckily I paid by credit card and will get money back

Total Scam ordered a Mountfield mower £749.00 not able to contact them in any way . Now waiting for Visa to refund me. You have been warned!!!.
