Product didn’t look anything like picture.
Returns and refunds ridiculous….

Cotton is high density 500 thread, and little shining.

I love my Aristocrat , the service is good, now i have 3 set and got them in 18 to 25 days,
Very good quality and colours. Thanks.

I ordered their Dea Luxury Duvet cover set because the pictures looked absolutely stunning on their website. Well, sadly the actual reality is that they obviously use professional filters, photoshop and colour enhancers to completely modify their images because the actual reality of what we received is VASTLY different to the images. There is a prominent purple addition to much of the main pattern which is completely absent from their images and which we do not want. The whole set looks A LOT shinier and silvery on the website whereas in reality, it is more of a shiny browny/greyish hue. And the actual pattern in their images stands our MUCH stronger and bolder and has a golden colour, whereas in reality, the pattern is a lot fainter, subtle and beige. Obviosuly, this is sorely disappointing and we feel cheated. This level of misleading marketing is out and out fraud in my books and I will see about getting a charge back on my credit card.

I knew going in that these sets come from China and so was a little apprehensive as Chinese products are not exactly known for their quality. However, the problem is that here in the UK it is almost impossible to get highly decorative, high thread count bedding like the pictures seemed to show you’d be getting. 99% bedding here in the UK is mono-colour, dull, lacking pattern or visual interest and often only 200-400 thread count. And with their generous Valentine’s offer, we decided to take the plunge. Sadly, it did backfire in the end.

The only positives I will offer are that delivery was very fast. It comes from a China warehouse and I received it here in the UK in less than a week. The actual quality seems pretty decent. It’s shiny and silky but as to whether it really is 1000 thread count with a ‘long staple’ cotton as their blurb says is highly dubious if you ask me. 1000 thread count bedding tends to be very weighty whereas by contrast this set is very light.

I would recommend exercising great caution with this company, if not avoid altogether! It’s extremely likely you will get something vastly different to what’s advertised.

I got a bit worried after reading some UK reviews after already placing an order, but I faced no issues. The warehouse is in China, so sometimes it takes a while to get here, but at the price, I can hardly complain.

Beautiful fabric and design! Love how it looks on my bed!

The communication from this company is something that amazed me. The bedding itself is next level beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on it.

Loved the product and kept me in touch with delivery times, great going.

I can't express enough my pleasure dealing with this company . From the first of placing my order till receiving the whole process was professional & efficient. On the actual product , it is as exactly as described , the item is of the highest standard and completely a luxury item as descried . So I am one very happy Girl , hopefully get another one ordered soon .

After ordering on line ,I realized that I required a twin duvet cover and not the double, with the help of customer support, my request was honored, and I am so appreciative of their accommodation.

I initially ordered what I thought was a full comforter set, but it turned out to be just the sheets. Since the item couldn’t be returned due to hygiene reasons, I reached out to customer service expecting a typical response but I was pleasantly surprised.
They went above and beyond and offered to complete the set for free by sending me a comforter at no cost to me. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

Beautiful Duvet and Duvet Cover set with Pillowcases.
Delivered on time and followed up with Gmail/delivery status.
Going to order ar another spare set for any guest that arrive.
Thank you
Steve- (Ireland)

why would you ask how you did and I haven't even received my order?

How does a website "locate" itself in Ireland but the it is essentially Chinese? I need to be TOLD in the 'about' section that it is in fact NOT a European company but delivers from China and can take a long time to deliver?!?! That is not transparent business.

My Body is so happy. I used to shuffle 5 pillows around at night to support my head and still ended up with a headache. Now with Your Pillows… Simplii wonderful, Sheets linen perfect. The only draw back … I want to stay in Bed!

Highest quality sheets I have had. We have purchased a featherbed and 1000 thread count sheet set. No issues with shipping. I will replace all of my bed linen from Roomie-design

The Cleopatra Duvet is very special and handcrafted beautifully. The fabric of the Duvet is somewhat like a tapestry with vibrant colors. I wish there were buttons inside the Duvet to hold the stuffer, there is not. There are little strings that I pulled thru the stuffer holes to secure it inside the Duvet. The flat sheet has a beautiful intricate edge that matches the Duvet. The bed skirt is an elegant touch that I took to the seamstress to place holes in to fit the brackets of our electric bed thru, so pretty. The sheets are soft and a high thread count. I washed them on cool and low dryer setting, they came out beautifully. There are beautiful quilts in the package as well. Miss Ellen is wonderful to work with and able to handle my special request of plain XL twin sheets and plain king pillow cases to go with the complete set. Roomie Design makes very high quality bedding and I highly recommend them.

Lovely quality and fit.
Slow to arrive
