Awesome customer service!
As my first time attending the St Mary’s property I got lost. I called the office and spoke to Vicki. She came to me and took me where my storage unit. She showed me how to operate the app. without over complicating it. She made me laugh which is what I needed after a stressful day of moving.

The service desk lady ( Vicki ) was very helpful and able to accommodate my needs with a storage unit close to entrance with easy access .
Vicki was also able to overcome several computer glitches also while setting up the account .

The best self-storage in the area! also my girl Vicky had the best customer service! she was very nice, understanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend her and the place is amazing.

Very Convenient, Friendly Staff, Clean Spaces
Great service, friendly staff and convenient locations to choose from. Can access when you're free (usually weekends or after work) using a simple intuitive phone app.
Good size and a variety to pick that suits with competitive prices.

From the start shown around units, friendly staff, explained the entry and exit, help set up the App showed how to access unit did a run through explained where everything was located. great experience so so easy no fumbling for keys to unlock your unit.

Everything has been fabulous. The kind people made it all so easy. I was grateful for the follow up calls too, it saved me from calling them. Vicki especially went the extra mile to show me how the app works, and where everything is. It has saved me from the chaos of downsizing.
