Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service which made everything so easy! I have to give a big shout out to Debbie who is the reason I decided to take the unit. Everything was explained and the whole experience put my mind at ease, she answered everything I asked and provided information I hadn't thought of. The facility is spotless and easy to get to and there is easy access to the lift which is huge and trolleys are provided. Great price and great service, hard to come by these days. Highly recommend Roomia St Marys.

Excellent storage facility
The team at Roomia provided an excellent service and a seamless process from start to finish. Their prices were affordable, facility was immaculate and the free moving van made the moving experience incredibly smooth. Special thanks to Josh and Debbie for their assistance!

Easy, Affordable & Exceptional Service!
Deb was awesome — super friendly, genuinely helpful, and absolutely no hard sell. Roomies Storage has a great business model, and the pricing was unmatched for what we needed. Deb set us up with a 3m x 4.5m unit right near the lift, which will make moving everything in and out incredibly easy. Access is simple too — everything runs through the app on your phone, so no codes to remember. They also have a great van available for moving. We didn’t need it this time, but it’s a fantastic option if you’re on a budget and want to keep moving costs down. Thanks Deb!

Storage and security
We recently had an issue regarding the exit security door malfunctioning or being tampered with and I am quite pleased with the swift actions from Josh addressing this issue in a timely manner. I look forward to an update on this matter as discussed and would highly recommend his professional establishment to anyone who is looking at having their personal belongings or business merchandise stored within their company.
