I didn't expect they would deliver my order that fast ,Great experience.

Ordered a monitor, only to receive an email a week later saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation.
I went on line to see it was out of stock.
No human interaction at all, despite an email asking why it was cancelled. Sent another email about another monitor - no answer. Terrible service

You have sent me a Ring Doorbell 2. I ordered the Ring Doorbell 3 as per the advert. Please see my order. I have contacted customer service about this but so far no reply.

Realisticly I would give it a 3.5. I ordered a monitor on Thursday and I was told delivery would be in 1-3 days and would be express. I thought this was unlikely because of all the other reviews and quite unsure as to if it would even arrive. Then Sunday I emailed them to ask what was happening, and the next day I was sent a dispatch email, not sure if it was a result of the email because it was not replied to. Yesterday I sent another email asking for tracking details and today they replied with the details but they did reply a bit late with the monitor being delivered earlier today.
Overall delivery was a few days late and not sure if I would use again due to other peoples experiences but my monitor was brand new and in the original box and works perfectly fine, but up to you whether you would trust it. Specifically made this account for this review.

Great service. Item arrived so quick and cheaper than anyone else.

Am having a nightmare with a big order I made in May 2022. They emailed to say they didn't have one component - so I said send what you do have. So far despite me sending multiple messages - they've not sent anything, taken £7k off my credit card in May and there is no way to get in touch with them. They have good reviews on here - so clearly they are not criminals - but I would be very cautious about spending a lot of money with them.

UPDATE 17th OCTOBER - after my message above, on the 21st August they said they'd cancelled my order and would refund the money - but it still hasn't come and it's very difficult to chase this money as there is no phone number. I would be very careful before every buying anything from their website.

I kept seeing this website appearing at the top of my Google searches when I was searching for Google Nest speakers. Their products were a lot cheaper than any other website so eventually I went for it. But I did become concerned as I had to pay by bank transfer and had no confirmation that they had received the payment. Just kept saying 'payment pending', and I also wasn't able to track my item. Also their registered address worried me as it seems to be a different shop when you view it on maps and they also have no number to call. But I did receive an email saying it was on the way and then it did turn up the following day. The return address is a different company so they must order from other companies. No idea how they do it or why it is cheap but I'm not complaining as my items arrived in perfect condition. (Another strange thing was that when I checked the item a day after I purchased it, it had doubled in price, seemed dodgy but again, my item arrived fine so no complaints).

Quick, easy and very well priced. I bought a CPU from here and will definitely make this company my first port of call when I look to further upgrade./

I made a purchase on 24/07/22 and received shipment notice on the 27/07/22, which had no details or tracking. This is a false dispatch notice which the company must always do. I contacted them repeatedly with no return communication other than a automated email.

Edit* Liam eventually made contact and resolved the issue with the product being dispatched a couple of days later from OCUK. Its a shame this level of service and comms didn't happened at the start as it leads to disgruntled customers.

I have amended the rating from 1*- 3* due to the later stages but I'm not sure I would be a returning customer.

Ordered 3 things from here now and all arrived after a weeks wait on each not the 1-3 days they state.. all my products arrived from scan.co.uk and my motherboard was £120 under what scan sold it for and my cpu was £65 under what scan charge so I don’t get that at all and all was sealed I was thinking returned products

I read some mixed reviews on here after I had ordered which worried me but there was no need. Great item, best price and absolutely no issues. I will definitely use them again.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little concerned that there were going to be some issues with the Corsair 1000x I had ordered. Item was ordered 1/8 and arrived today 6/8, so very happy and with a massive saving.

Slow to ship. Otherwise it would have been a 5*

Found the Samsung 980 SSD 2tb cheapest through Rons. Didn't receive any updates after the initial order but it arrived on the last estimated delivery date 🙂
All as expected

Bought a PC case. Was broken. Late delivery. Won't be buying from them again. I can't be arsed to refund/return the case as it's already in use now, but it's an annoyance. Delivery was meant to come between 20th and 25th. Dispatch email came on the 25th, delivery on the 27th, and only because I requested an update. No given tracking numbers until after I requested it, and even then their site did not update with the DPD status.

The case cost me £240, RRP of £270. Next time I'll just get the piece of mind that it won't be broken at £270.
