I bought an Adobe Liightroom licence, installed successfully, the app accepted the licence code.
Got kicked out after 3 months.

I had mixed feelings about RonsElectronics. On the positive side, delivery was quick for some orders, and the prices seemed competitive. However, issues like delayed refunds and lack of communication left me disappointed. While it's not a total scam, the poor customer service and inconsistent experiences mean I’d hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.

I never did receive my gpu, If it had not been for the credit card company I would have lost £380. No phone to call only email but they just ignored my emails.

Terrible company. Dodgy as hell! They are middle men. You place an order and they then order the items from a third party, like Box Ltd etc. Their customer support is none existent. My items never arrived, after one failed delivery attempt. DPD said they had returned the items to the sender Box Ltd. I called Box Ltd and they said they had issued a full refund to the account holder, but because I was not the account holder they wouldn't give me any more details. Meanwhile RonsElectronics were not responding to any of my emails. Had to contact my direct debit card company to raise a dispute.

I recently purchased a computer from Ronselectronics and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of products was impressive.I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

This us an update to my previous poor review of this company. Review still stands as poor, been chasing every day since my order never arrived. No response from the company to my daily emails. May be a coincidence but today I received an email to say that my order had been cancelled and to expect a refund. The day before I sent an email to Ranvir...I paid with klarna so I wait with baited breath to see if the refund arrives...Still poor service AVOID USING THIS COMPANY..

3 months ago, I bought a Sony a7iii (almost £1379.95) but I canceled it because of the delayed from their process and I ask for a full refunded in their website said that it refunded but I never got the money back until today. I have tried to email them but never got any respond back about my refund.

Waste of time. All negative comments are 100% correct. I bought an item and within 10 min my order was cancelled. No explanation why. Unable to contact them. Avoid!

Didn't send the goods, missed the promised delivery by 10+ days. No message on the site to suggest Christmas Closure, and no communication in the email either.

Seriously avoid. I contacted them multiple times via email and contact form and heard nothing.

Ordered a monitor for my son for Christmas. Caught out again not reading the reviews before ordering from a company I haven’t used before. No display, no responses to my emails. I have paid by Klarma so will be requesting a refund. Seems a lot of people have had to do this. I will update this accordingly.

Total scam! No goods arrived, sent emails but no reply. Paid via Klarna so got money back thankfully. Please avoid this lot as it seems they are not legitimate!!!!

I ordered an item on 4th October, still not received on 14th December.

I sent 8 emails, not one was replied to. I was unable to find a phone number anywhere. Disgusting customer service.

Thankfully I paid via Klarna so I have just been able to get a refund over 2 months later. I don't think even Klarna were getting any replies to their emails.

Probably the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
