Absolutely scam of a company
I orderd a graphics card from them on the 22nd of October and have still not received the item even tho on there website they claim that if you purchase the said item now they will deliver it within 3 days of purchase. Ive been sending them emails since the 27th for updates and then to cancel the item and to refund me but yet still have heard nothing.

I ordered Google nest speaker and as at not still received it. All emails have been ignored. There's no phone number to call either so they know what they are doing

Firstly - Lessons CAN be learnt - if you have never used a company before check “Trust Pilot” first.

Secondly- I don’t normally write negative reviews, so all the RED NEGATIVE reviews are YOUR WARNING - they don’t dispatch or reply to the only contact you have have with them (email). No phone numbers

Every single email has been ignored.

They won’t be trading much longer acting like this appalling behavior ……

23/11/22 update: after posting this review RonElectronics immediately contacted Trust pilot wanted more information about this review and its corresponding order. Amazing they can reply so fast, to a negative Trust Pilot review, but can’t answer the 14 emails asking for refund or to fulfill my order.

My first error was not checking Trustpilot before I ordered. Second error was placing an order with these thieves. My third error was paying by bank transfer as I have no recourse when paying by card. No response to emails and,conveniently, no phone number to ring. £350 loss. Going to have to pursue through small claims. Save money and hassle by ordering elsewhere

This company has MR RANVIR MALHI as company director, per Companies House. The company never supplies the goods paid for and does not reply to any enquiry.
The company director who is fronting ronselectronics.co.uk. Do not buy anything from this Company.

I was looking to buy a new Graphics card for my computer ,The store has too many options and all the brands ,I Bought the best one for the best price I could find ,The shipment was free of charge also,Thnak you.

Despite numerous emails being sent both to sales@ and support@ I have not received a reply, my goods or a refund.

Having now checked the reviews, I so wish I had BEFORE I had ordered.

If the goods are not available then refund me! If they are, then send them out.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

However if they have the decency of responding to me, I will happily amend my review.

This was for two energy monitoring plugs. Not a huge amount, but still MY Money, and a fraudulent transaction

Placed order for a motherboard. The item which I received was not the one I ordered although was similar. It was missing an integrated WiFi module. Emailed them to either exchange or to supply the missing component separately but email went ignored. Sent more emails but also ignored. Cost of rectifying the mistake is only about £20 but experience has soured view of company. Would recommend to spend a little more money and go with a company that will actually respond to emails and have a telephone number

Great deal from Ronselectronics had a bundle for a gaming mouse and keyboard from razer for a good price ,can't let that go .

I bought my NVME 2.0 from them 1 TB with 1 year warranty for a decent price its working well adn has a great performance.

This is an update on the previous 2 reviews. My son went to the bank on Saturday and fraud team are investigating. He has the money back in his account, from the bank not from Ron's.

Today Ron's have asked for further info on the last review. They still haven't replied to any help desk queries and normal emails still bounce back.

Definitely a very shady company. Avoid at all costs.

Three days ago i purchased from this website new parts for my computers that i needed ,new ssd new graphics card and a new cooler.they are all working well and shipped safe.

I was to get a £550 present from my mum on express delivery for 5th - 8th of September and they took the money we have tried contacting them and now the bank is disputing the transaction and is awaiting response from Ron's if no response in 50 days I get my money back as its not been delivered

Too bad i did not saw these reviews here earlier, as most of the five stars are fakes and the one star are obviously real.
I have exactly the same case as the guy below. I have paid for an item also on 2 september and one month later absolutely no sign of life from this merchant. Nothing delivered, no response from them and thats it. I am trying to get chargeback through my bank, but it takes time. Any ideas where to report this? Any advices are appreciated. Thanks!

SCAM!! I ordered a camera over a month ago, payment was taken and nothing has arrived. Auto emails and no response when I’ve followed up.

Oustanding service I ordered a new monitor for my gaming set for a good price they were offering and i got it after 3 days i didn't have any troubles so its a 5 stars.
