Easy ordering and item arrived during given timescale. Good price for the goods.

Quick delivery, good kit. Installed and working as expected. Packaging was basic but fine to keep the box inside from being damaged. I'd use Ron's Electronics again.

The product was very competitive in price, easy to order, and came well packaged. However, I was not notified of dispatch or delivery time via email and the item arrived unexpectedly. Compared to other vendors this is a reduced level of service and is concerning considering the cost of the item i ordered.

Ron's electronics is regularly one of the cheapest suppliers for parts, as I build quite a few PCs for people they're always on my list of sites to visit. The first time I bought anything from them I thought they were a suspiciously cheap company and was a little worried that they might be a aliexpress type deal where I order and then 6 months later get the wrong part. But they've been fantastic and generally really quick to deliver with no postage fees. I had one issue where it took a week for a part to come in to stock after I'd bought it, but I emailed and they let me know immediately

went ok, bad a few issues with the CPU I bought but ultimately resolved them, however at one stage id asked for a refund and had been notified that my email was being actively blocked, so not sure what like was all about, be aware if you may want to return.

I ordered a new CPU to replace my old one - which was useless and awful - from Ron's Electronics, and they were fantastic, delivering a day before the expected date and at a considerably superior price to other retailers. It was strange because I was originally diswayed because I saw several reviews claiming their delivery was poor, but mine was on time and in perfect condition. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The price and product were excellent. There was an issue with the item being dispatched and I had to contact them, as the item hadn't arrived during the dates they sent me. Turns out the item hadn't been dispatched. They delt with it pretty quickly though

Been looking around for the best prices for Intel Core i9 12900K 12th Gen Alder Lake 16 Core Processor. For my music pc build I came across Rons electronics. I took the plunge as the price was the best price I could find on the internet.

I ordered the item on the 8/08/2022 and was given a estimated time scale between the 9/08/2022 & 12/08/2022.
I only looked at the reviews on here after my purchase to read some negitive feedback. I did worry at first. So I did some research and I found they are a registered company which can be found on the goverment business website with accounts up to date.

So they are far from a scam company like some have mentioned in their review. Which to be honest it`s a bit unfair on the company.

The item I ordered arrived on the 11/08/2022 via DPD.
Item was very well packaged & arrived in a timely manner.

I have installed the processor on the 13/08/2022
Item works perfectly and is running like a dream.
So overall I`m delighted with my purchase. I got my item at a good price and delivered earlier than expected. So many Thanks to Rons electronics, I will definately be ordering from you again.

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 3-12 hours. At which point items are sent from our distribution centers. Once the item has been collected by the courier, the item will be marked as dispatched and the customer is notified by email and SMS. At which point the order can not be changed or canceled. Bought a GPU and an SSD. Requested cancellation within 24h. The cancellation was successful but I never receive my refund. 5 days have passed and the order still shows 'Paid' instead of 'Refunded' on their website. I never get my money back.

Update: Got refund 2 days after last review. So I guess it's a real business, but lack customer service.

Product came a day later than the time frame specified (arrived 9th, scheduled between 4th and 8th) but when it arrived product was in full working order and safely packaged.

Didn't get pin before delivery, my order was not complete. I ordered memory card with heatsink but unfortunately my heatsink disappear.

Great customer service and some real bargains to be had. I couldn't be happier.
