I recently purchased a bag from this company that was advertised as genuine leather, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The material is clearly not genuine leather, as it feels cheap!!!
Additionally, the shipping process was painfully slow, taking much longer than promised to arrive. To make matters worse, their refund policy is incredibly frustrating. Customers are required to pay for the return shipping, and the company claims no responsibility in case of loss or theft during the return process. This seems like a tactic to avoid issuing refunds altogether.
Overall, my experience with this company has been very negative. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you value quality and reliable customer service.

Goyard Tasche:Logos komplett falsch und schief plaziert. Bilder, Rezensionen auf der Seite zeigen täuschlicher Weise andere originale Platzierungen. Für 70€ erhält man 2 bis 3 Taschen der selben schlechten Qualität auf anderen Seiten/Apps.

La commande et la réception normales
La commande et la réception normales, mais j’ai voulu changer de couleur et impossible d’avoir une réponse, juste une échange pas un retour ou un remboursement. Pourtant sur le site il est indiqué que c’est possible. Service client absent, totalement inefficace, réponse en chinois et a bout d’une semaine j’ai une adresse de retour directement en Chine pour faire l’échange. Je ne recommande pas ce site, service après vente totalement défaillant.

Betrug bezüglich des angegebenen Materials
Leider wurde ich sehr enttäuscht, von der Qualität. Die Tasche ist leider nicht wie angegeben aus echtem Leder, sondern aus PU. Allein das Etikett ist aus Leder. Die Tasche stinkt zudem sehr nach Plastik. Der Support ist leider auch wenig hilfreich. Endlose Mails in denen in unprofessioneller Ansprache Überzeugungsarbeit geleistet wird, dass es sich doch um echtes Leder handle. Nach 2 Tagen, habe ich endlich die Rücksendeinformationen erhalten. Die Rücksendekosten müssen selbst getragen werden, welche sich bei einem versicherten Versand nach China auf Kosten ab 30 Euro Eigenleistung belaufen. Sicherlich hätte ich mich vorher besser über die Konditionen der Rücksendung informieren sollen, das gebe ich zu. Allerdings bin ich auch nicht davon ausgegangen, dass in Punkto Materialqualität betrogen wird und eine Rücksendung von Nöten sein wird.
