This is my 7th handbag
This is my 7th handbag. I have coffee brown, tan, kelly green, purple, black crocodile, black smooth leather and electric blue.
This last one took a long time to get and tracking was not easy, however, the handbag is worth it. Beautiful quality.

Enttäuschung!
Leider große Enttäuschung. Lieferzeiten wurden nicht eingehalten und die Tasche ist von außen kein Leder und riecht auch sehr unangenehm.
Am schlimmsten war, dass der Henkel dort wo die Buchstaben dranhängen ab war und mir die ganzen Buchstaben entgegengekommen sind. Ich konnte sie mühsam wieder ranfummeln, habe aber Bedenken wie lange das im Alltag halten soll. Die Tasche steht auch nicht gut und neigt zum Umfallen.
Sehr schade, einzig das Design ist wirklich ganz gut getroffen.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!! THEY ARE NEVER IN OFFICE AND NEVER ABLE TO ASSIST ME!! I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE- AND NO ONE ANSWERS ME IN REGARDS TO ASSISTANCE. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Bought 2 bags from them, was not really happy n wrote to them. They took their time to describe the situation n listen to the problem. Eventuslly we came to a decision that both partners were happy.

Site peu fiable, commande passée le 01/10/2025, le 10/10/2025 toujours pas de nouvelles.
Indiqué "EN COURS". J'envoie un message via le chat, ils me répondent : "Le sac n'est plus en stock. Nous vous rembourserons." Inadmissible ! Si je ne me renseigne pas, rien de leur part.
Par contre, les 94 euros encaissés très rapidement. Imaginez s'ils font ça à tous leurs clients, ils vivent avec les intérêts de nos paiements encaissés. Je me répète : INADMISSIBLE.
Surtout que le sac était bien marqué "en stock".
Pour de la contrefaçon chinoise, ils se moquent bien de nous.
Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher et être sûr de la réception de la commande sur des sites fiables et sûrs.
Il faut bien lire les avis, ils sont faits pour ça.

They've threatened me with legal action for telling the truth about the bad experience I had with this company. They flagged my review, but Trustpilot sided with me. J’ai commandé 2 sacs à 3 jours d’intervalle et n’ai reçu qu’un colis. Le service client utilise le bon de livraison de la deuxième commande pour dire que le colis a été livré. La première commande n’a jamais reçu de numéro de suivi de commande. Contacté plusieurs fois le service client est aux abonnés absents. 200$ c’est très cher pour un seul sac de médiocre qualité. Fuyez!

The bag I received does not match the…
The bag I received does not match the description. It was advertised as being made of genuine leather, but the bag I received is clearly made from synthetic material, which is misleading and unacceptable under consumer protection regulations.
As this product does not conform to the description at the time of purchase, I have requested a replacement or a full refund. They replied to me one time offering 40% discount, since then nothing heard back. So I assume is another scam website My order #181585.
