Wir möchten klarstellen, dass wir Ihnen bereits eine teilweise Rückerstattung angeboten und ausgezahlt haben, der Sie zuvor zugestimmt haben.
Bezüglich des Reißverschlusses konnten wir keinen Defekt feststellen. Der Reißverschluss lässt sich normal öffnen und schließen und ist voll funktionsfähig.
Daher entspricht die Aussage, dass wir keinerlei Verantwortung übernommen hätten bzw. es sich um Betrug handle, aus unserer Sicht nicht dem tatsächlichen Ablauf der Kommunikation und Lösung.

Only received 1 of 2 bags.
I only received one of my two bags that I purchased. The bag that didn't show up, was meant to be an anniversary present.
After this post, customer service was able to refund my order. The bag I did receive was very good quality and looked designer.

Not Leather even if it says it is
One bag was great, but the black tote bag does not feel like leather and seems smaller than advertised. I won’t order from here again.

Was a little nervous on ordering this bag but it came through shipping was faster than I thought! The bag is beautiful smells of leather no chemical smell at all and looks just like the bag I wanted form the higher end brands. Well worth the buy and will buy more.

This is my 5th purchase, would like to see different packaging to avoid delivery damage. But other than that these Wirkin bags are beautiful durable leather bags with great colors. And when my package came damaged, I received continued and immediate responses for my discount with Molly. Overall 8 out of 10

Without a doubt, the product is well-made, sturdy, really a beautiful piece. Shipping was faster than expected, which is always a great surprise. Customer support was also prompt and helpful.
