ROK Coffee Recenzje

Products are of very good quality, but were poorly packed. The glue of the cardbord product boxes didn‘t work, the boxes fell apart and the plastic bag all was shipped in arrived with a large hole, I had luck that nothing fell out during the shipping procces. Ihighly recommend the ROK products, but they should work on the europe shipping conditions with their carrier.

I've owned a couple Rok presses and a grinder
For years really love them it would be nice to get better info on when a upgrade comes out like the CG update. I just recieved the upgrade and am very happy with both the upgraded look and functionality.

Great communications and resolution after an issue with the product. Very happy with ROK customer service.

Great shop. I love my ROK and here you get all kinds of spare parts and accessories...

Many many many many espressos in and still no decent result. I knew what I was getting in to though so will plough on. I’ve watched every video, joined every ROK thread and I know it takes time and commitment. So perhaps send the feedback form in six months and it’ll be a different rating ;-)

Product is brilliant but postal charges are ridiculously high... £5 for a rubber ring?

Very fast expedition, and the GC conversion kit is much better than the original one, that I've broken...

Great after sales service. Query with regard to the filter for my ROK was handled quickly, efficiently and effectively.

Ce kit pour la Rok s'adapte parfaitement après démontage de l'ancien corps en m'aidant d'un décapeur thermique car collé par le calcaire ( indémontable autrement) .
Livraison et communication parfaite .
Résultat excellent , super résultat.
M.E.R.C.I. et BRAVO à ROK

Excellent customer service, product works as expected and quick delivery.

I had an earlier-model ROK Espresso maker for several years; and its a credit to the manufacturer, that the recent "revamp" was made available to previous owners of the appliance -- and not just a cynical attempt to replace the whole thing . . .

A fantastic product. It's easy to use (and fun!).
It seems quite sturdy, built to last.
I like it better with every use.

Super fast shipping from the UK to USA! And a great update to a classic espresso machine Thanks!

great stuff! all went smooth!

This is a wonderful unit and, in my opinion, the best in the under 1k price range. It has a sturdy design that is easy to maintain and produces consistently superior results. Even without the crema booster attachment I am able to get proper shots featuring every element an espresso lover knows to look for, from crema to soul.
Although the unit is very simple in its design and the instructions for use are as straightforward; the only step that I would add is to pre heat the unit (And cup) with hot water prior to extracting your shot. This will help users to produce a more consistent and higher quality results.

Came fast and as described.

I love all of my ROK products. I just ordered a replacement espresso filter as well as a new drip filter, the latter of which is a big improvement over my old plastic one. Add to that the fact that shipping went incredibly quickly from the UK to the US and I am more than satisfied.

All great! The Product is perfekt, the transport was fast. Thanx a lot!

Excellent service and fast delivery happy with my expressrok still learning about it how to get that great shot of espresso but is very good cheers

I quite simply love my new ROK machine!! Being the first manual machine I own, it takes a few trials to get it right! But it's quite amazing that you can pull an espresso with your bare hands! Well done ROK Coffee!!
