Great service!
This was our first PCH and we couldn’t rate Rivervale highly enough. The website is clearly laid out which made choosing our vehicle straightforward. All costs and obligations are clearly laid out with nothing hidden at all. Customer service on the phone was friendly and professional and importantly, not at all pushy. They help manage the link between themselves and the finance company and are there if we need them during our 36 month term. Good all round!

Positive experience
Dealt with Jim at Rivervale. Lease deal was good on a car I really wanted.
The delivery was delayed by several weeks, due to a logistics issue with the manufacturer. However I was always kept in the picture.
Happy to recommend Rivervale.
