Have tried products that are new to us and we really enjoyed them. The crafters fruit spread is fruity not just sweet, the tasty bites are delicious. Finding Einkorn flour was a great surprise , I used it in my sourdough and it was delicious

I live in the Caribbean, and when I visit home (every 4-6 months or so) I buy a big bulk order and bring an empty suitcase so I can stock up and bring it back to the island with me.

The Caribbean is CRAZY expensive, but also it's really hard to access health products - sustainable products and just great Canadian brands in general as they are all US-based brands where I live now.

If I spend $500 on products from Rise, I know, not only am I going to have about $150 in savings just from the rise savings - but if I translate the savings from USD > BSD and add on the inflated rate of goods I am actually saving close to $400.

So yeah - love it. The membership fee isn't even noticeable when you compare to overall savings.

I like ordering from Rise Market. I get what I choose and it come well packaged. I also love the extra samples they choose to add in my box. The only complaint I have is that it takes Rise Market a long time to restock their products. Hopefully that will change because it forces me to buy elsewhere when they are out.

Everything I got was in perfect condition and wrapped so that I didn’t have to worry about glass stuff breaking. I also got a few extra samples with my order which was much appreciated. Will be ordering again for sure

The product selection is great and the price savings is unreal. The orders are always correct. The samples help me to experience new products and I have ordered some as a result of my sample.

I have been ordering from Rise Market regularly. I was sent an Invitation to do a Review in early February. I assumed it was for my latest order, no other indication, and it asked for a star rating. I proceeded as if that was the order it was for but found that I couldn’t leave just a star rating (it would have been a 5 star), there was nothing remarkable of note about that order and so didn’t want to leave a word review. I messaged Trustpilot to see if there was anything that could done so I could leave just a star rating, no one got back to me. In fiddling around I saw that the order the Invitation was for had been put AFTER the rating had been requested and posted. For this order I had things of value to say so I completed the Review. Eventually Trustpilot got back to me, I had let them know problem solved, don’t bother. On March 6 I received another Request for a Review. The same issue was there, so I contacted Rise Market, to get it resolved. They didn’t get back to me. After a week I received a Reminder of Request for Review. I contacted Rise to let them know I had received a Reminder, and they hadn’t gotten back to me. Immediately I was emailed, he did not know which order the Request was for, that I did not need to leave another Review and he did not know why TrustPilot was sending a Request when I had completed one Review. Nothing was said about not having gotten back to me and about me being inconvenienced in having a Reminder sent as they did
not follow up with me or TrustPilot. Rise Market has now, in a further email, let me know that they will be follow up with TrustPilot. I find that Rise Market has been irresponsible with regards to their handling of the Request for Review. They did not get back to me or follow up with TrustPilot when I let them know about the issue. I was inconvenienced in having a Reminder sent when it should not have been sent and I had to contact them. When they got back to me immediately there was no acknowledgment that there was anything amiss here.

While there are some decent deals, I find the website cumbersome to find what I want. It would also be great if there were more detailed filters and more options for bulk foods. Hoping it gets better because I got the year subscription.
