Everything was great, only request still expensive for some items, more available coupons to avoid unnecessary good waste. Overall fast delivery and no damaged items.

Our shipping criteria specifically indicates we do not ship to PO Box addresses. When you signed up you provided a billing address that was a street address in Montreal. You then placed an order for a remote location with a PO Box, in violation of our policy.
There are no regulations or laws for free shipping.

I wish it still came in the rise market boxes, it is unfortunate too see a third party company packaging. I do enjoy the products and yes they are still cheaper than healthy planet even.
