We ordered 2 of each item
We ordered 2 of each item. When the package came there was only 1 of each item. We reached out to the company and they had to look into it. They got back to us couple of days later and said they had found an error on their side so sent us out the other 2 items. We received them within 5 days. However my concern was that the mistake had been made and we had been charged for all items. If I had sent this as a gift I may not have known that items were missing.

Boxes need to be packed with care
I appreciate the new packaging for glass items. However the HF flour bag was ripped and it spilled all over the kitchen floor. This item is expensive and it was disappointing. Previous the jar of olives had leaked onto other items in the box.
I like shopping at Rise Market however the packing leaves much to be desired. And I just don’t bother notifying them anymore. I know they are great at giving refunds however they can’t replace one damaged item. I appreciate their great customer service however I just want the items to arrive without leaking, torn or crushed.

Great first experience!
I just received my first order, everything was well packaged and I loved receiving the samples! Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated but it is the holiday season.
