I purchased three necklaces two came in broken. I messaged and was told they would make it right and send me replacements here I sit four months waiting for the item.
The third necklace broke right at the cheap clasp.
I messaged asking for a refund on my entire purchase and have been given the run around.
I am waiting for someone to address the issue and give me my money back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME!!!!!!

Very poor quality jewellery. Do not believe their refund policy, if you have a problem or are not satisfied with your purchase, forget it they will not respond.
Steer well clear of this scam business.

Before purchasing the earrings I contacted them to enquire if the earrings could be worn two different way (as curves or hearts)as showed on
the advertisement. After they confirmed they could be worn both ways I purchased the earrings. I was very disappointed to discover they can only be worn as hearts.Which is not the way i wanted to wear them.
I feel misled with false advertisement and I have wasted my money

I paid $29 CA at Christmas, now I see the same make and style on Amazon for $19 CA. Not happy.

Placed an order via social media platform for a pair of ear rings for my wife for Christmas through Riley Watson on 3.12.24 so plenty of time for them to arrive, had emails several times to say they had been dispatched 4.12.24 two weeks later, checked the tracking number to find where they are? No change, checked 3 weeks later still nothing! Christmas comes and goes, get a response on their way! Week later nothing, this company constantly sending tracking numbers but doesn’t show any progress, ask questions through email no reply just tracking number?? Not a reliable company whatsoever, so it’s now January 17th still nothing, now claiming back the money, do not trust this company, take the money quick enough, then no response, no goods, no replies regarding items paid for

The ring I ordered is a joy to wear. It’s comfortable, stylish, and beautifully crafted. It’s quickly become one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.

I purchased a necklace for my wife as a present and after receiving the package, my wife noticed the quality of the necklace was rubbish. Moreover she found the exact same necklace from Temu for less than £2 which tells that they buy poor quality and cheap products from China and sell at extortionate prices. I would not recommend anyone buying products from them as you can perhaps find similar products from Temu at much lesser cost.
I tried returning the necklace but they kept changing their refund offers from full refund to gift voucher and finally to sending me a replacement which I never asked for. All I wanted was a full refund.
Bunch of cowboys running the business.

Total scam company. Never received my item and was told they would send a replacement that was not sent either. This is nothing short of stealing people money. It’s criminal. I hope people read reviews before they order. Shame on this company!!

Terrible quakity do not buy from these. Read all reviews. Have requested refund having purchased the Solo Symphony Earrings which are nothing like the picture. Having sent photographs of the product versus what was advertised they are claiming the photos are not misleading, which they are. They have offered a gift voucher to the vakue of the ourchase but why would I want to buy more rubbish from them? Check the ratings!!

If I could rate it zero stars I would. It's a scam company do not order from here! I placed an order on the 27th of October and I still haven't received anything! Have attempted to contact them in a variety of ways and had nothing back! Absolutely disgusting!

The necklace i bought is of low quality and arrived damaged. I contacted the customer services with images and they are refusing to refund my money back to me. Who sends a damaged necklace to a customer. I'm very disappointed. This is highly unprofessional of Riley Watson Jewellery . I wouldn't recommend them.

Don't waste your money ordering items from this site. You will not receive anything you order from them. Emailed them more than 80 times and still no items received. They kept giving ne same tracking number and when put on the courier they supposed to be they are sending items, they said no parcels found on that tracking number. I asked them for refund but no luck. Don't waste your money or your time with this people. Ordered my stuff more thank 2 months ago now...scammers????

These people operate from an unit on an industrial estate in Southall. The multi hoop earrings do not fit properly to the earlobe and the bar can clearly be seen hanging down. I asked for a gift card as sending them back for a refund was at my expense. I am now informed the gift card is for 10 dollars which equates to £8. The earrings were £18. There are no items for £8. I wish l had seen all the bad reviews before l purchased. Only the good ones showed on Facebook.

Wrong items sent. Very disappointed in the quality of what was received. Nothing at all like the lovely pictures on their website!! Contacted the company to ask for the correct items to be sent as it was for a gift. Reply was 10% of my next order. No acknowledgement of the fact the order was wrong.

Everything arrived as advertised. Great quality. I was impressed! I will be back!

Do not buy from these people! My wife ordered a pair of earrings but they were very poor quality. Returned the item and provided all requested evidence. Two months later still no refund.
Check the reviews: The number of 5 star reviews almost exactly match the number of 1 star reviews and almost all the 5 star reviews are from 'people' who have only 1 review to their name. Feels pretty suspicious to me....
