We hebben onlangs kinderborden besteld bij Rice by Rice, in de hoop dat ze duurzaam en kindvriendelijk zouden zijn. Helaas viel het bord bij het eerste gebruik op de grond (wat bij kinderborden onvermijdelijk is) en brak het direct. We namen contact op met Rice by Rice en kregen te horen dat het materiaal juist extra ‘durable’ zou zijn. Onze ervaring is echter totaal anders: het bord bleek bijzonder breekbaar en niet bestand tegen een normale val.
Voor een product dat specifiek bedoeld is voor kinderen, hadden we een veel hogere mate van stevigheid verwacht. Jammer, want het design is leuk, maar de functionaliteit laat echt te wensen over.

All our products are tested to meet EU standards for children’s items. Melamine is a hard material, and unfortunately, breakage can happen if a product hits a hard surface at the wrong angle, even the first time.

Bestilte 2 krus. Super hurtig levering, og det ene krus levede op til forventningerne. Krusene var håndmalet, og derfor kan der opstå forskelligheder ud fra billedet, men syntes malingen var ret tynd og mønsteret var også forskelligt, men vælger at beholde da det står på hjemmesiden at det kan ske. Men blev lidt skuffet da kruset næsten kostede 200 kroner.

Ik heb een buitenkleed gekocht bij Rice…
Ik heb een buitenkleed gekocht bij Rice en binnen een week werd de kleur al minder. Na een maand was de kleur vrijwel verdwenen. Het kleed lag niet in de zon. Ik heb gemaild met de klacht maar er is niets mee gedaan. Ik ben teleurgesteld over de afhandeling van de klacht. Je kan op zijn minst iets met de klacht doen. Een tegoedbon of een ander vergelijkbaar product leveren.

Was a customer for years but something…
Was a customer for years but something went wrong. I placed an order on August 4 and got no info about it. Emailed on the 12th, no response. Called several times and got forwarded to a blank cell phone voicemail landing. Have they gone out of business? I emailed again and have yet to receive a response. Meanwhile my credit card was charged on August 4th.

Strange delivery service...
I didn't receive the package yet, but I was very surprised it wasn't delivered at my house, but in a store in a different town than wher I live... That's a bit dissapointing, but other than that I believe the products they sell are fantastic.

Fejl på taske - problemer med kontakt/aftale for fremsendelse af ny taske
For 8 dage siden bestilte jeg en kurvetaske som jeg allerede modtog dagen efter - hurtigt og helt perfekt.
Der var dog en fejl på tasken i skriften - der manglede noget broderi. Jeg sendte en mail - til en forkert mail, hvilket jeg ikke fik besked om, men prøvede to dage efter at sende til en anden mail samt oprette en sag i returneringssystemet. Billederne var dog lidt vanskelige at uploade.
Efter et par dage havde jeg fortsat intet hørt - men da jeg hørte noget var det på mail med besked om, at jeg skulle oprette en sag i retursystemet. Det havde jeg allerede gjort. Jeg fik at vide at jeg kunne sende billederne på ny til medarbejderen, om hun ville så ligge billederne på retursagen.
Det er nu 3 dage siden - og jeg har fortsat intet hørt. Jeg ønsker egentlig bare en ny taske, med korrekt skrift - men ønsker ikke at betale for omkostninger for at returnere den. Har forespurgt om jeg ikke kan kassere den fejlbelagte taske samtidig med, at de sender en ny taske. Dette har jeg endnu ikke modtaget svar på.
Alt kommer til den der venter - så jeg fortsætter med at vente.

Bright and colourful quality from a small danish brand
I ordered a set of colourful spoons and gables for my little daughter and she absolutely loves them. We really enjoy the good quality and the smooth feeling.

The relay employee is unpleasant, and applies his own rules instead of following those of the delivery company.
