Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the lid broke after such a short time. Although our to-go cups are made for everyday use, a fall or impact can unfortunately cause parts such as the lid to break - even from a relatively low height.
Unfortunately, we do not currently stock or sell replacement lids separately for our to-go cups. We know this can be disappointing. At the same time, we also try to avoid overproducing spare parts for all products, as this would also have an environmental impact and could lead to unnecessary waste.

Of course, we understand your point of view, and we’re sorry that this experience has left you disappointed with rice. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us evaluate both our products and the service we offer going forward.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience.

At rice, we place great emphasis on safety and quality, and we continuously test our products to ensure they meet current EU regulations for food contact. Our products are designed to be durable and to handle everyday use – including small bumps and drops.

However, the material is hard and while it is strong, it is not unbreakable. In rare cases, breakage can unfortunately occur even the first time a product is exposed to a harder impact, such as being dropped.

We understand that this is disappointing – especially after a larger purchase – and we truly take your feedback seriously.

We’re very sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected and that the track & trace did not work properly. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

Due to the Easter period, there have been delays both in the handling of orders at our warehouse and in shipments across Europe. This may have affected the delivery time of your order.

We always do our very best to ensure that orders arrive as quickly as possible, and our typical delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of purchase. However, during periods of increased activity - such as holidays, sales, or special promotions - delivery times may occasionally be longer.

We completely understand your frustration and will take your feedback into account as we continue improving our service.

You do not need to return the item. However, our colleague has sent you a free return label in case you still wish to return it. If you choose to do so, there will of course be no cost for you.
