Parfaits pour éviter la casse
Toujours aussi contente des produits Rice en mélamine. Je suis âgée et j'échappait souvent mon assiette, mon verre et mon bol. Beaucoup de casse et je devais me baisser pour ramasser les morceaux de verre. Aujourd'hui, avec les produits Rice, c'est terminé, plus de casse !! Je suis ravie et je recommande tant pour les enfants que les personnes âgées.

Magnifique collection de vaisselle et de gobelets, arrivée juste à temps pour Noël.
Tout est d’une grande délicatesse et d’un raffinement remarquable. Chaque pièce invite à plonger dans un univers de douceur, de poésie et de belles finitions.
J’ai acheté plusieurs cadeaux de Noël : 2 assiettes, 2 gobelets, 2 cuillères, un plateau et une pelle à gâteau, et je suis absolument ravie de mon choix.
Un grand merci à l’entreprise RICe pour la qualité et le soin apportés à cette collection.

A premium brand with low-cost service
A premium brand with low-cost service. My blanket was crushed inside a small, unprotected box. I could reach inside the package, which wasn't sealed at the bottom.
I decided to wash it again before giving it as a gift, worried about dirt getting into the box during shipping.

We always strive to select packaging that fits each product as well as possible. Our boxes are chosen based on the shipment sizes we send most frequently, which unfortunately means they don’t always fit every single product perfectly.
That said, this is something we continuously review. We regularly evaluate which products we ship and what type of box and protection they require, so we can improve where needed while also reducing unnecessary packaging. Your feedback is therefore very valuable to us and will be shared with our logistics team.

Commande internet à éviter....
Les produits sont sympas mais le service client est nul car lorsque vous avez un problème de livraison, personne ne vous répond pour régler le problème. Malgré plusieurs mails, aucune réponse et j'ai dû me débrouiller avec le transporteur pour recevoir ma livraison après avoir attendu 15 jours.

Do not order at their website
Rice is perfect as brand, but never order at there OWN website. Products al on their way for 2 weeks now. Communication with the Company is hard. This was the last time, I have learned my lession

We can see that you placed your order on 29/11, and the package was delivered on 8/12. On 3/12, you contacted us to ask when the package would be shipped, and we replied that it had just been packed and dispatched. On 5/12, you reached out again because you were unable to track the shipment on GLS as the tracking page was in Danish, and on 8/12 we guided you on how to change the language to English.

Lieferung ok, Qualität schlecht
Mit der Lieferung war alles in Ordnung. Das Design des Tellers war sehr kinderfreundlich. Allerdings ist der Teller nach dem ersten Gebrauch beim Hinfallen (keine große Höhe) in mehrere Einzelteile zerbrochen. Hier hatte ich mehr erwartet. Ich weiß das Melanin kaputt gehen kann, aber nach dem ersten mal bei Kindergeschirr hatte ich andere Ansprüche an das Produkt. Nachdem ich meine Erfahrung mit der Firma geteilt hatte wurde mir nur versichert wie toll die Produkte doch eigentlich sind. Naja, bei der Qualität wie ich sie erfahren habe, würde ich hier nicht nochmal bestellen und würde sie Teller auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Melamine is a durable material, but unfortunately, breakage can occur if it hits a hard surface at the wrong angle — even the first time it’s used. All our products are tested to meet EU standards.

Beautiful design and great quality as all the food boxes haven't plastic smell, the perfect products to storage food! I bought them the first time six years ago and, by washing them by hand, are as new still now!
