Ribbons & Reeves Recenzje

My experience with Ribbons & Reeves has been really easy and positive from the start. I’ve mostly worked with Charlie, who has been extremely proactive in finding roles that are a good fit and hugely supportive during the recruitment process. Communication has been clear and friendly throughout, and Charlie and the team have always been incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I’m excited to start my first job in teaching thanks to Ribbons & Reeves. Would totally recommend the company looking to do the same!

I have had a great time working with Ribbons & Reeves as from the very beginning of working together they have been incredibly informative, professional and transparent at every step of the process. They secured me a role at a great school within weeks of contacting me about getting a teaching role at a time when there are not many jobs going around at all. If you are interested in working in a teaching role at the moment I would heavily recommend.

I've had such a great experience with Ribbons & Reeves. They were very efficient and was able to find a perfectly suited role which I am currently in now. I had a gentleman called Matt who was genuinely interested in what I wanted and not just trying to get me into any role that didn't meet my desired requests. He was always honest with the roles and schools available which some may know is rare for recruitment agencies.
He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and even after being hired, checked in on me to see that I was still happy with the choice of school.
I would definitely recommend them and if I needed support finding a new teaching role, they would be my 1st and only option.

From the start, Ben Reeves understood not only the kind of teaching post I was seeking, but who I am as a teacher, and importantly what teaching environment would suit me most. He was clear and communicative from our first discussion, exploring and detailing what my options were whilst encouraging and motivating me too. I quickly felt comfortable, with Ben's knowledge and experience, I had faith the right post would come my way. He didn't trouble me with job opportunities unless he was sure they came close to my criteria; other agencies often aren't as considerate. When Ben presented me with an opportunity that he thought would be a good fit, he not only dealt with my hesitation with sensitivity and encouragement, but he reminded me that it was simply an opportunity- one I could benefit from even if it was just for the experience. And that I wasn't compelled either way. Fortunately, the interview went really well and from Ben's genuine delight at my success, to him carefully explaining paperwork and procedures, he has remained thoroughly professional, courteous and supportive from the beginning. I am so pleased I have used the services of Ribbons and Reeves and wouldn't hesitate to encourage others to do the same.

I would highly recommend Ribbons and Reeves to anyone seeking experience in education.

Throughout my whole process the team, in particular Matt, have been nothing but supportive and encouraging. Matt genuinely spent the time in getting to know me and exactly what I was looking for. The communication and whole process has been great and stress free thanks to all of Matts help.

Before my interviews Matt would call to give me advice and calm my nerves. In only a few weeks Matt found me a great role in local school- I cant wait to get started in the new year!

Thank you again to the whole team at Ribbons and Reeves.

Great service with great communication. After sending all of the necessary forms I was presented with multiple opportunities after only a couple of days and was hired a few days later. Would definitely recommend signing up if you're interested in working in education.

Very helpful

My experience with Ribbons and Reeves has been excellent. The recruitment directors are very patient with job applicants and spend valuable time trying to understand what applicants are looking for and address all questions to the best of their ability. Next, they match applicants to a suitable role with genuine interest for the applicants’ long-term career aspirations.

Finding a role is made easy as the applicant is kept informed of suitable roles and asked whether they want their CV/profile to be shared with the employer. If the applicant makes it to the interview stage with the employer, Ribbons and Reeves also provide interview advice to ensure s/he is prepared. Overall, the process is smooth and well thought out.

I would highly recommend this consultancy whether you are an employer or seeking experience in the education industry.

I would also like to give my special thanks to recruitment directors Tom Stoten and Jack Ribbons who were my main contacts at Ribbon and Reeves.

Charlie at Ribbons and Reeves has been excellent in helping me secure my first job as a Teaching Assistant. I am very grateful to his help and looking forward to starting my journey in education.

I have been incredibly pleased with my experience working with Ribbons & Reeves. Throughout the whole process Charlie and Jack have been attentive, supportive and really listened to what I wanted from a potential role. They take the time to get to know you in order to find you a good fit. The communication has been fantastic, with such a personable approach, and within two weeks they’ve landed me a job in a local school that I am very excited to start.
I would highly recommend their service - thank you to the whole team!

I've had a lovely experience working with Ribbons and Reeves. I have been job searching for multiple months now and recently I decided to reach out to this recruitment agency.

I worked with Charlie, Matt, and Jack. All three of them were really friendly and helpful, doing their best to source new opportunities based on what criteria I had in mind for my work. They considered what I said, and then looked for schools that best fit my criteria. They called me to share details of potential opportunities and were transparent, giving me all the pros and cons of each opportunity.

I genuinely felt like they were interested in finding me the role that I would enjoy the most and I am grateful for that.

They responded promptly to any queries I had, and I felt supported throughout the whole journey.

Thank you guys for all the help!

Tom was really attentive and always available to answer calls or emails from me. He was very efficient, sending off for a DBS certificate straight away and made the whole process very easy. Before interviews he was very reassuring and boosted my confidence with a good luck message and reminded me of the key aspects of the job.

I connected with Ribbons and Reeves on a Monday, and by Friday that same week, Ben had helped me to secure two great job offers in schools in East London. He was so attentive, transparent and supportive, calling me throughout the process, as well as before and after my interviews to check in on me. I am so happy in my new job and was delighted with the service I received from Ben!

I've had a great experience dealing with Charlie from Ribbon & Reeves! The agency were in touch with me quickly after submitting my application, and were keen to find out more about my experience and what I was looking for in a role. Within a few weeks and a couple of interviews I was offered a role in a nice local school, which was exactly what I was looking. Very friendly and frequent communication, you're never left in the dark about anything. I would definitely recommend Ribbon and Reeves for someone looking to start a career in teaching!!

Jack was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Once I had an up-to-date DBS, he got me an interview almost immediately and gave good tips for it. Very happy to have secured a role with the help of Ribbons and Reeves.

Have had a brilliant experience throughout my time working with R&R. They found me a trial placement within a week and are always professional, friendly and very quick to respond. Both Charlie and Jack were really helpful. Really recommend the company for anyone looking to quickly get into teaching.

Best service out of any agency I've worked with! Ribbons & Reeves found me a job in a matter of days. Had a really friendly chat with Charlie about what kind of role would suit me and what I was looking for, then he reached out to schools and found me interviews for the next two days. One of which offered me a job that same day! Charlie, Matt, and Ben kept in touch with me everyday to see how things were going and they provided a really quick, professional, and personal service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I worked with Charlie who was so brilliant and supportive through the whole process. He began looking for work for me instantly and within a week he had found me two suitable job interviews - one of which landed me a job in a great school. He was supportive, attentive and reassuring. He was always quick to respond to any messages or queries and I am so grateful for all the support he has given me. I would highly recommend Ribbons and Reeves.

Matt and Charlie helped me secure my desired role in an excellent school very quickly. Charlie, who I worked more closely with was very supportive every step of the way and made me feel comfortable and confident at each stage. He was informative and ensured I was happy with everything before securing me the job, amazing communication, and both were very encouraging. Highly recommend both Matt and Charlie and of course Ribbons and Reeves.

Tom Stoten has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find me a great role at a school in a great location for me. Tom was able to find me this opportunity where many other agencies had failed to find me anything, and for that I am so grateful! He's been so easy to talk to, really helpful in terms of interview preparation and is always there to answer any questions I have had! Ribbons & Reeves truly do want to see you succeed and want the very best for you. I recommend them to anyone looking for TA/teaching roles.

In a few weeks Tom, Charlie and the team got me a great job! They were really helpful and had lots of great advice. I felt totally supported and they made me feel really confident about my trial day and the whole process.
