Ribbons & Reeves Recenzje

Excellent service, excellent communication, very polite and they listen to what you are looking for and try their best to find a role suitable for you. They found me a role soon after I joined which has since turned into a long term position. I've worked with other agencies and I must say R&R is one of my best experiences.

I was really listened to when I talked about what I wanted from a career.

I worked with both Charlie and Tom and felt wonderfully supported during my job search with them. They came with very practical advice that seemed to have my best interests at heart and I was surprised by how available they made themselves to me during this time- much appreciated! They offered me multiple, great opportunities and I just took a position that Charlie put me forward for that I'm incredibly happy with.

I have worked with Jack and Charlie to get my first job post graduating. They've both been really helpful and understanding. They listened to my specific requests and only put me forward for jobs they believed I was very suited to, which I really appreciated. Thank you again!

Really positive experience finding long term supply work. Supportive staff and good communication.

By far the best recruitment agency I’ve ever worked with. Show genuine care for their employees. Matt was amazing at finding a role suitable for me, and guiding me through the whole process. I was new to working in education, however through working at a school found by Ribbons and Reeves, I have decided to go into teaching. Matt was very friendly and understanding, and tried to factor in all of my wants from learning. I would recommend working with R&R and would definitely return to them in the future!

I had a great experience with Ribbons and Reeves. Matt found me a lovely role in a school within a week. Very organised and easy to work with.

Have worked with Tom in the past, so I already knew how dedicated he was! Such a pleasure to have worked with him in securing a fantastic job role! 😌

I worked with Jack, Benn and Charlie to secure my recent post. All were polite, well informed and professional. They took a lot of time to understand what I was looking for and match me with appropriate opportunities, they offered sound coaching and advice. Having worked in recruitment in the past I do think this business is sound and very professional, my experience of other London based recruiters has been less so. They were very responsive to emails and calls and kept in contact throughout my search. I would recommend contacting Ribbons and Reeves.

I cannot recommend Ribbons & Reeves enough. From the moment I first got in touch via LinkedIn, they have been extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. They are hugely knowledgeable about the industry and have a good network of excellent schools. I would also like to specifically thank Charlie for finding me the perfect job in a wonderful school. He is the ultimate matchmaker and I’m so excited to get started in my new role in September!

I am delighted I found Ribbons and Reeves, from my initial call the service has been the best out of any recruitment company I have used before, its been nice speaking to a smaller team rather than the big recruitment companies! The recruiters themselves (shout out to Charlie and Tom who helped me!) are very down to earth and approachable. They have great connections in London and have been there for me at the end of the phone from my initial call, applications, job searches and the interview! When in the past I have felt pushed to make quick decisions by other recruiters, these guys are patient and understanding of the process. I have managed to secure my first secondary art teacher job through them and cant be more grateful for the service. Thank you and can’t wait to start!

I can’t fault Ribbons and Reeves. Charlie has been organised, friendly and really helpful. He created a detailed profile for me and got me a job interview within a couple of weeks. Once the interview was confirmed, he kept in close touch to help me prepare and send me useful resources. I would highly recommend Ribbons and Reeves to anyone looking for a job in education!

With Covid impacting on schools and lockdown measures, it made it incredibly hard to find a possible job for starting in September. Tom at Ribbons and Reeves worked incredibly hard to quickly update me of any changes but also have lengthy conversations with me about what I wanted in a school and narrow down what it was that I was looking for in general. He found me a suitable and near-by school that fit me perfectly and on top of that was a brilliant support, giving lots of advice for nerves and possible questions and scenarios for the interview. I have secured myself an NQT role from the first interview that he had found and am very grateful for all of his knowledge, support and help overall!

I found Matt at Ribbons & Reeves very professional, honest and pleasant to deal with. Considerable time was spent putting up an individual profile on my behalf to present to schools, and great consideration was given to my preferences in terms of school context and subject areas. Matt kept in regular contact with me and was punctual in all communication in relation to sending on documents and gathering references. I recommend Ribbons & Reeves very highly for NQTs starting out in their teaching career.

I can't thank Tom enough for all the help and support he has provided me in a very short but sweet experience with Ribbons & Reeves. Tom was there to support me during every step, from setting up my profile to providing me feedback from my interview. Communication was always swift and thorough. I also received great support when it came to the interview, with example questions that could potentially be asked and dos and don'ts!

I wanted to specifically ‘shout out’ Charlie at Ribbons and Reeves. He has been absolutely incredible in helping me start my role as a secondary school teacher. Despite the stresses of lockdown, he has always maintained contact and made sure I am informed and kept up to date. He obviously works extremely hard.
Thank you Charlie!

Absolutely fantastic agency. Ben Reeves and Jack Ribbons are highly professional individuals whom I would highly recommend to anyone looking for employment in the education sector. Register with Ribbons and Reeves today, you will not be disappointed.

Ribbons & Reeves have been extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect teaching role, situated close to my home and making sure that the job is ideal for me.
They offered a personal touch to job finding and were extremely helpful with the lead up to interviews, assisting me with preparation, specifically Matt Burgum.

Found me a job very quickly!

I'd give six stars if I could. Across the last few months, I've talked to a ton of recruiters, most of whom put you forward for one or two jobs which aren't suitable and then lose interest. But not Ribbons and Reeves. From the moment I contacted them, I was always kept in the picture, receiving almost daily updates on my applications. I felt totally listened to and understood, and soon enough I was placed in a school that I really liked. They helped me find a job quickly (despite the ongoing pandemic uncertainty) and now I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favour and go straight to these guys.
