The staff are most pleasant and helpful. We use Preston Pharmacy as our chosen chemist to fulfill our prescriptions, both on single and standing monthly requirements. We also have our immunity injections at the chemist and recently had the flu jab. These are done by appointment and this avoids lengthy queues in congested waiting rooms. We are very please with the service Preston Pharmacy provides.

Its been a long long time since stopped…
Its been a long long time since stopped using this pharmacy due to the rude incompetent staff. Today I needed to see someone and my GP referred me to see the pharmacist. Well the phamacy is looking better. A friendly lady took note of my being there. However the pharmacist made his appearance. Asked the room for any flu jabs to be done. No one. The lady said I was there. But the pharmacist blanked me. Reappeared later. Same question. Same answer from the assistant. Same blank. Then a man walked in and he was seen immediately I didn't even get a sorry I will see you next. Nothing. I stood up and I will go too superdrug. I turned up there was seen immediately and sorted. And went home. . Well there is a new pharmacy a new pharmacist and computers bur the arrogance and incompetence from them is still there. Ok the lady working hard was ok. Avoid thos place its not worth. It
