I have now ordered from rewear Fife 4x, after seeing them advertised on social media on different pages i thought lets chance it! The team are very good at communicating and supporting in all aspects. I have tried x2 different bundles and the quality is alright.

I feel in my opinion the pictures should show what is included as sometimes things aren’t included that are stated. Or the other way around.

I also would love for them to do a new with tags bundle for us with businesses as I find they are higher value and sell better.

Despite my thoughts I give them 10/10 service and value as I’ve always had more in my bag than stated.

I will continue to side with Rewear Fife as they can only get better.

Quality items for a value bundle all clean and no damage, this was my 3rd or 4th order with them and have just placed another 2, delivery could be a bit faster but that's in no way a complaint, very happy 😊

Don't bother ordering from ReWear Fife.

I wanted to support a new wholesaler after seeing lots of positive posts on social media, but unfortunately my experience has been really disappointing.

I ordered a 5kg women's plus size Grade A bundle on 6th July. The website advertises orders being processed within 48 hours with 2–4 day delivery.

After placing my order, I received no order confirmation or updates. By 11th July I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed asking for an update but received no reply. I then saw other people on social media saying they were having the same issue, so I commented that I hadn't received any confirmation either and had asked to cancel my order and receive a refund.

Shortly after posting on social media, I finally received an order confirmation. Later that evening I received an email from Ross saying my parcel had been packed and was with the delivery driver. When I asked for the tracking number, I was told they couldn't provide one because it wasn't with the courier. The following morning, at 8:15am, I received a notification that the courier label had only just been created. I had asked to cancel my order several times before it was dispatched, but my requests were ignored.

My parcel finally arrived on 17th July, 11 days after ordering, despite the advertised processing and delivery times.
Unfortunately, the contents were just as disappointing.

The 5kg Grade A plus size bundle is advertised as containing around 17 items from brands such as M&S, Yours, Next and Evans. I received 13 items, not 17, and 8 of those were supermarket/value brands.
Out of the 13 items:
9 had issues, including heavy pet hair, bobbling, stains or damage.
This meant around 69% of the bundle was not what I would consider Grade A quality.

The website states there may be a 0–5% margin of error, but my experience was far beyond that.
I've since emailed the company with photos of the issues but have received no response.

I paid £32.25, which works out at around £2.48 per item. That might have been acceptable if the items matched the advertised Grade A standard, but receiving mostly supermarket brands with so many condition issues was extremely disappointing.

I'm sharing my experience to help other resellers make an informed decision. If the company responds and resolves the issue, I'll happily update this post. At the moment, based on my experience, I can't recommend ordering from them

My first bundle 10kg Women's 1, has just arrive. I'm really happy with the quality of the items and the brands included. The quality is grade A as described and works out at £1.4 an item. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I ordered the plus size 5kg bundle. I was very happy with my order all items were grade A in clean superb condition. Will be buying again! Thank you :)

I’ve used Rewear Fife for hand picking items over the course of the last few months.
I can’t say a bad word, both Ross and Lydia are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, they want you to succeed; I’ve even had help with photographs , which is well out of a wholesalers remit!!
The clothes are grouped into different pricing brackets so you can choose what you can afford and as much or as little as your business needs. There is no pressure to buy. No hard sell. Others could learn lots.
The clothes are clean, there is no heavy washing & ironing as I’ve had with other outlets.
I’ve also had a massive bundle and the quality was as good as I could pick myself.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rewear Fife for high quality reasonably priced second hand clothing.

Amazing! In fact those words don't really do this company justice.

Upon seeing a FaceBook post advertising the company, I at first was a little sceptical but opted to take the chance and I am not disappointed I did. I chose several bundles to see what I would get and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased.

Delivery did take a while, roughly around two weeks but that did not bother me as I had ordered a fair amount and it had to come a fair distance but the delivery process was smooth, and I was kept up to date with details of its movement and when it was dispatched.

I have already made my money back and then some, and even kept a few items for myself to wear. Everything is extremely good quality, clean and smells clean not as though it has been stored for weeks on end like you find from some places.

I cannot wait to purchase again and will be regularly using ReWear Fife now as my only place to buy from!

The clothes are uk brands. Mainly modern. Delivery is timely and the clothes are clean. Not all the items are high value with à large profit margins, but it’s a wholesale model.

Our small business took a massive loss with the bundle that we ordered that stated grade A preloved clothing which was more of a C.
Majority of the clothes were either stained with oil marks, lipstick or ink!! They were also covered in animal fur which was not stated in the description! This brought me out into a reaction as I have an allergy to dog hairs & cat hairs. Absolutely disgusted with the response that we have been given, offering us a discount off of our next purchase which I will STATE there is not going to be another purchase!!! Never been so unhappy with an order, I am a small business and now I have lost out of £52. I may aswell of flushed the money down the toilet. FUMING isn’t the word. I would like a refund if anything - you can have your clothing back and pay for your own postage, these are terrible clothes!! NOBODY BUY from this seller!! SHOCKING!

Also delivery driver had thrown the parcel over the fence baring in mind I was in all day. I didn’t know it was there one of my neighbours found for me otherwise I don’t know when I’d of found the parcel!

Very disappointed with these bundles all very old clothing not really resellable £1 an item if im lucky,also the delivery yodel didnt even bring it to my door they just threw it over the fence and left luckily neighbour notice otherwise could have been stolen please dont waste your money...... Just to add this is this is a review for rewear fife we have emailed back and forth he has offered me 25% off my next order which i have declined also I believe he tried to bribe me with 5kg of new items on the basis that I remove my review before receiving said items...I will definitely not be spending anymore money with this company!!

I have been buying A-grade stock from Rewear Fife and I am very satisfied with the quality of the clothing. The items are in good condition and match my expectations.
The customer service is excellent – they always respond quickly and are helpful whenever I have questions. Communication is easy and professional, which makes the whole buying process smooth and reliable.

I would definitely recommend Rewear Fife to anyone looking for quality second-hand clothing stock and great customer service.
